I've met at least one of these kinds of people in real life. They look like dudes, they talk like dudes, and are generally dudes, except they are very sensitive and you have to think twice about anything you say lest get sperged out at. When Lolcow Wiki was first going up, Null assigned me to work on the Vade article, and I spent about 2 months looking for something - anything - to hint at even the vaguest, most obscure hint that any goddamned claim made by the community of genderspecials on Tumblr had any merit whatsoever. Even after the Vade article went up I kept looking for additional articles from dozens of campuses and research groups. "Surely," I thought, "this is not just some case of idiots claiming to all have something that isn't real, for that certainly seems like madness."

Apparently, I thought like an idiot, because there is none.

I'm not just saying that; if you go looking for evidence on that one, prepare for one of the most depressing series of reads you will probably ever have. You'll find plenty of studies done, sure, but none of them are properly peer reviewed. Most of them are heavily flawed, have no controls, are openly biased, or some combination of the above. You will see studies that quote discredited nutjobs or lionize John Money. You will see people trying to pass off self-peer-reviews of fucking self-diagnosed conditions as legit. And half of them will be cordoned off behind paywalls because of fucking course they are.

The entire 57 genders nonsense and the arsenal of subclasses of it are entirely a fabrication of Social Media and have as much basis in reality as the belief that Bleach is a miracle cure.

There are no countless of genders/sexes. Even intersex people have various combinations of the X and Y chromosome. If you have an Y chromosome you aren't biological female. There are no sex chromosomes that make someone non-binary. Male and female are the only things that exist when it comes to sex.
