So this idiot decides to neglect his kids, instead indulging in large amounts of cocaine, alcohol, and wife swapping. His neglect of his children gets members of the community to report him to the police. At which point the police raid his house, find his booger sugar, arrest him, then he bonds out, shit talks the judge publicly, files for that judge to be recused, gets the judge recused, but then they assign a judge with a history of sending druggies to prison. And the idiot is going to represent himself.

Nick says he isn’t going to represent himself, but his history with Monty was him getting representation in the form of Randazza after pissing off the other party and the court with his bullshit. I think Schneider in the Monty case is all in due to Rekieta being a AIDS-riddled faggot who besmirches the legal profession by existing in it. He see’s it as a moral imperative to curb stomp him as much as possible.

My guess is that he will scare off any attorney worth his salt because he wants a plea deal he won’t get and will go to trial because he’s a retard. The Monty case is basically proof of his ego. He refuses to settle unless that’s settlement is Monty admitting to being a pedo and Nick did nothing wrong. He’ll want his plea deal to be something outrageous as well.

Nick has been contemptible for a while, but he keeps proving himself to be worse than you thought. He can’t pull up anymore. He’s going to crash into a waste processing plant and bramble field.

Admit he was boozing too much, admit he was being a massive hypocrite and that he was lying to everyone about a bunch of his and kayla's activities, admit that his content did change and explain why. Fine with him not talking about the situation with his kids or the cocaine, the former because they're kids and the latter at least while he's before the court. Maybe the conditions the children have lived under have been exaggerated, it's possible. But, he was sleeping 4 to a bed and having drug orgies. That's just not right. That's selfish and awful parenting. Especially as a public figure who was already having accusations of all kinds of shit thrown at him, he just had to go and prove it basically all true. Even if the CPS investigation wraps up in a few months and they get the kids back, if the bodycam footage shows a house that isn't that bad etc etc I'm still going to think of him as a selfish hedonist who put his personal pleasures ahead of his children's wellbeing.

Let’s assume for the sake of argument that he somehow gets the warrant thrown out and that gets his kids back (which it wouldn’t). How would you explain the cocaine? His issues are not just the legal system: everyone knows he’s a degenerate sex and drug addict who neglected his kids so he could get high and fuck trashy women. If hes going with a strategy of fighting the warrant and claiming innocence, that isn’t going to work on the court of public opinion.

Nick's basically just anorexic Ralph with a trust fund at this point.

He kept asking for evidence that Nick neglected his kids. The police report wasn't good enough.

Ultimately, he seemingly couldn't understand that it's the State of Minnesota that is on deck to prove whether it's true or not.

Until then, the Farms is doing its own part in trying to get the bodycam of the raid. Beyond that, there's not much more that can be said or done other than letting the legal process play out.
