Nothing that will ever be politically relevant to the US will lack a proper Spanish-English translation. There's a reason why anyone highly educated in Mexico is expected to learn and speak English fluently, while in the US, knowing Spanish is typically unnecessary unless you reside in a Hispanic neighborhood.

The most important thing when learning a language is having people to speak that language with and he has access to people from all over the world who are willing to hop on to chat with him.
