Could they avoid felony charges if Nick said "Yes I am taking responsibility and admitting that twenty of those cocaine grams are mine." and Kayla says "Yes and five of them were mine."?

Oh god no. The State will make Nick a convicted Felon, take his guns away and have CPS crawling up his ass for the next decade.Could they avoid felony charges if Nick said "Yes I am taking responsibility and admitting that twenty of those cocaine grams are mine." and Kayla says "Yes and five of them were mine."?
Bench warrant, and his bail is revoked. Would be very expensive and not smart to do. If Nick was smart, he would be using this time to get an Attorney, and that guy would make sure he shows up, among other things. but as we've established he's not very smart. He just thinks he is.Since his date has been scheduled, I'll get the obvious questions out of the way.
What are the odds he chooses to employ the absolutely innovative and fantastic strategy he has used with his traffic tickets? (i.e. no showing), and what would the potential consequences of this big brained strategy be? I mean big dogging the legal system into submission and getting a pardon aside, which is totally going to happen.
So the odds are very good he does it then, this is Nicky the legal genius that only happens every thousand years after all.Would be very expensive and not smart to do.
I would say the odds of this are low. Fighting a misdemeanor speeding ticket in court is borderline pointless, if you weren't able to get the radar evidence suppressed based on faulty equipment / poor maintenance, then you're basically only going to court to see whether the cop actually remembers to show up to testify. If they do, you're guaranteed going to lose. What are the odds he chooses to employ the absolutely innovative and fantastic strategy he has used with his traffic tickets? She's appears to be the attorney for the county.Am I reading this wrong or is that PIERCE, KRISTEN ELIZABETH his attorney? If so RIP Barnes, cucked of the spotlight yet again.
Kristen Pierce: Kristen Pierce is the first assistant county attorney in the Kandiyohi County Attorney’s Office, where she provides legal advice to county departments and maintains a criminal, juvenile, and civil commitment caseload. She was previously an associate attorney at Anderson Larson PLLC, a law clerk for the Honorable Ann L. Carrott in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District, and a contract public defender in the Eighth Judicial District. Pierce’s community involvement includes serving on the Eighth Judicial District Treatment Court team and as a member of the West Central Singers. She also volunteers with the Minnesota State Bar Association Mock Trial Program.

The one who Nick says he’s “worked with” before. For him there really is no escaping the local lawyers who have dealt with this prideful retard and already look down on him. Even Trump had a better shot at a fair trial in NYC. (Please don’t be autistic about that last line. You know what I’m trying to say.)She's the Prosecutor
Who he already made fun of for not knowing how to type. He is such a massive faggotThe one who Nick says he’s “worked with” before. Instant bail revocation and a bench warrant they'll actually pursue as immediately as they can, and probably an additional charge of failure to appear. And he'll get to enjoy jail while awaiting trial, or it will be jacked up to some immense amount. The bonding company will probably also get a lien on his house and maybe even foreclose on it.Since his date has been scheduled, I'll get the obvious questions out of the way.

I've done this a half dozen times. Three of those, the cop didn't show. Two of the others, they reduced the fine slightly. The last time, I got to change it to an infraction with a much higher fine but no points, saving me thousands in insurance over the subsequent years it would have been on my record in a state with utterly insane insurance rates even with a perfect record.I would say the odds of this are low. Null said on stream yesterday that last week they said he would have an answer in 10 days. The answer could be "no we will not release" so it's hard to say.Have there been any updates on body cam footage? I know the other night on the Casino they said it could be out as soon as this week
