The case was re-transfered to Utah.

Fucking clown world fuckballs.

I thought this was literally impossible under 11th Circuit rules. Do you have a precedent-breaking curse on your life?

Current mood

May Judge M. Casey Rogers choke to death on industrial quantities of girldick.

I'm not terribly surprised by this, after seeing the ways things have played out so far. It's still trippy that this ridiculous case has two federal districts basically telling each other how to do their job.

"On March 20th, Magistrate Judge Bennett entered an order transferring the case to this District despite Defendants’ lack of an explanation for why the Northern District of Florida is a more convenient forum than the District of Utah..."

as if it's the magistrate's fault that russ refuses to prosecute his own lawsuit.

"The undersigned is aware of the concern that reconsidering a transferor court’s transfer order may “threaten to send litigants into a vicious circle of litigation resulting in potential “jurisdictional ping-pong,”

... and is going to do it anyway, because fuck off, we don't want to deal with your sloppy seconds

For all the talk of "don't be a pro se litigant, you will 100% lose" and "A man who is his own lawyer has a fool for a client", courts seem to really bend over backwards for pro se litigants.
This is definitely retard-priviledge. There's a reason so many disabled people are absolutely entitled and shitty, it's because everyone their entire life has always bent over backwards for them out of pity and they never had to deal with the consequences of their actions. This leads to them developing a horrible personality and attitude.

He is literally trying to control another court. He's complaining that he told them to consider a motion, they did it in a way he doesn't agree with, so he's shooting it back so that Utah is forced to consider it the way that he wants.

"The court is aware there's good reason not to do this, however we conclude that LOL DON'T CARE".

Fucking unreal.

There is a scene in a Brazilian movie called Elite Squad in which each police precinct throws dead bodies at each other's jurisdictions because they don’t want to deal with the murder reports. They call it “dead meat warfare”.

This feels like it. It's the “lolsuit warfare”. No judge seems to want to deal with this.

read between the lines
to me this whole order says
>this case is fucking retarded i do not want to be dealing with this shit
>the utah judge is a fucking asshole for handing me this pile of garbage
>he probably did it because he didn't want to deal with this retard case either, the lazy fuck
>i'm not gonna let this dickhead offload his dogshit problem cases onto me like this
>i'll do whatever it takes to get rid of this shit, preferably by sending it right back to where it came from

Yeah that's clear, but the Utah judge can read between the lines too, and sling it right back out of spite. Pulling something this blatant isn't going to keep the case out. Utah already ruled on Russ' motion and probably isn't too keen on a Florida judge telling them "try again sweetie".

She, the actual Judge did this, not the Magistrate.

I will not be IT'S MAAM'ed by the designated nigger of the judicial system.

Isn’t interesting how the court always seems to arrive at a decision that benefits the magistrate making the decision? The Utah magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Supreme Court concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Florida magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem.

Greer also benefits by default because he’s a pro se retard who gets to write his unhinged lunacy to the court and the target of his acrimony is required to take his ramblings seriously as a matter of law.

Only one party continues to be harmed by dragging out the process as much as possible and it’s the only party that’s required to pay for the privilege of participating in the process. Almost as if the process itself is the punishment.

This is the case that doesn't end. Yes, it goes on and on, my friend! Some retard started filing it not knowing what it was. And he'll continue filing it forever, just because this is the case that doesn't end! Yes it goes on and on, my friend! Some retard started filing it, not knowing what it was. And he'll continue filing it forever, just because...
