I'm not terribly surprised by this, after seeing the ways things have played out so far. It's still trippy that this ridiculous case has two federal districts basically telling each other how to do their job.

There's a reason so many disabled people are absolutely entitled and shitty, it's because everyone their entire life has always bent over backwards for them out of pity and they never had to deal with the consequences of their actions. Yeah that's clear, but the Utah judge can read between the lines too, and sling it right back out of spite. Pulling something this blatant isn't going to keep the case out. Utah already ruled on Russ' motion and probably isn't too keen on a Florida judge telling them "try again sweetie".

Isn’t interesting how the court always seems to arrive at a decision that benefits the magistrate making the decision? The Utah magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Supreme Court concluded it wasn’t their problem. The Florida magistrate concluded it wasn’t their problem.

Greer also benefits by default because he’s a pro se retard who gets to write his unhinged lunacy to the court and the target of his acrimony is required to take his ramblings seriously as a matter of law.

Only one party continues to be harmed by dragging out the process as much as possible and it’s the only party that’s required to pay for the privilege of participating in the process. Almost as if the process itself is the punishment.
