An aside: This is not even partisan for me. Regardless of the party of appointment officials at the DoJ have been getting away with stonewalling congress for far too long. Sources and methods and ongoing investigation policies are not Constitutional protections.

The fact that in this case it is obvious that the withholding of the recordings in question is being done solely to hide Biden's diminished capacity for purely political reasons is especially egregious and pointless.

Everyone can see Biden is unable to function. This only serves to bury the tattered shreds of the DoJ's reputation. If Bannon can be locked up for refusing to comply with the Jan 6th committee which had no actual right to exist Garland should be sitting right next to him in a cell and Wray can join them.

The obfuscation has to stop and it will not be stopped until some of these creatures spend some time behind bars.

People are claiming that the tapes have to be kept away from the public due to them only being useful in a political nature, which is a fair assessment. However, the same people will say that the public had the right to know about the Stormy Daniels affair prior to the election because it would have affected the way people voted, and hiding that fact is election interference. So we're at this nice little point where people DO have the right to know things that would alter the electability of presidential candidates, but also DON'T have the right to know things that alter the electability of presidential candidates.
