I always insisted that it was possible, but only in the rarest extraordinary scenarios. Admittedly, though, I did not believe it would get transferred back, as the arguments presented by the moving party could hardly even be called as good as subpar.
I think it's a failure of communication more than anything. From ECF #105 (Florida):

"Counsel for Defendants is hereby ORDERED to file a status update in this Court once Plaintiff’s pending motions are ruled upon by the United States District Court for the District of Utah."

What the Northern District wanted to write, but couldn't, was the following:

"Counsel for Defendants is hereby ORDERED to file a status update in this Court once Plaintiff’s pending motions are ruled upon by the United States District Court for the District of Utah regardless of whether the District of Utah believes they have jurisdiction or not. Either they rule on this legal blumpkin in ECF #103 (Utah) or we send it back."

We know that Greer files a reply to everything and will try to appeal everything to keep this case on the dockets as long as he possibly can. Florida might assume that he'll try to appeal any judgments of theirs and the 14-day window that Utah "should" have provided him might be one angle for how he might do that.

Maybe they're just covering all the bases?

Its not the Utah Courts job to explain to Greer how to do things. Its Greers job to know how to do things, and file things appropriately. The Florida court can order Utah and the Defense to do things all day, but these orders are not binding and have no authority. The Defense is under no obligation to help the plaintiff, and the District of Utah is under no obligation to obey the Northern District of Florida.

The district Judge in Florida has essentially waisted ink and time. Nobody has to obey this decision. In fact, if anyone does obey it they are probably breaking precedents and law. Which is a big fucking problem.

Wait until Russ appeals Florida's decision because he only asked for Utah as a backup, and would really rather it not go back there because they were "openly bias" towards him

He wanted this sent to Nevada and was denied. Can Russ accept a partial win?

May Judge M. Casey Rogers choke to death on industrial quantities of girldick.
I feel a sudden and overwhelming urge to fedpost, but i won't. I'll just stick to saying that this is a case for the history books, and that this retransfer is very stupid.
Whenever there is a setback or something bad happens in any kind of large important venture you need to ask yourself? what have we truly lost? What is the fundamental reality of the situation?

Greer is still retarded, he still only really cares about his thread, Hardin is still a good lawyer etc etc.

Don't be so doomer.
Another common thread L for doubting you. They only hate you because you speak the truth.
Admittedly

Everyone remembers the predictions they got right, and not the predictions they got wrong. Please don't pay any attention to the massive amount of dumb things I've said.

I have a bad feeling you might eventually end up getting the Alex Jones treatment. I look forward to your next filling, regardless.

Naw, I think that would only happen if Null really ends up being a threat TPTB. I think we can tell that he isn't because there isn't a national discussion about how he is evil. The people that did Alex Jones would prefer that as few people as possible even know about this site and the content on it. Which is a very good position to be in btw, and I think the only realistic way to win. Don't attract attention, don't be a wiggerish retard that gets into flashy shouting matches that accomplish nothing. Be professional, calm and boring so that the eye of Sauron doesn't see you.

It might be a brain tumor.
I feel neutral about this possibility, if I did or I didn't have one I still wouldn't get to see the end of this case either way.

The best bit is that Russhole's track record with the Nevada court hasn't been so great. Remember the AGT suit?

No doubt Null and Hardin have already discussed this among themselves, but is there a possibility that the Defendants could ask Utah to transfer the case to West Virginia instead? I realise that Russhole sued Kiwi Farms, a website and not Lolcow LLC, but given that Kiwi Farms, a website is owned by Lolcow LLC, would this be enough to establish jurisdiction?

I've got that out of my system. Now I can see the potential for at least another 5 years' worth of hilarity and a bunch of Farmers willing to bankroll it, I'm feeling much better.

Hey now, I was called silly for saying Greer v. Moon would end up with a Supreme Court petition.

Now I am silly for saying this case has a chance to lose jurisdiction in all districts and gain original jurisdiction by SCOTUS.

Both these thing are insane.

Well, this case is insane.

TOTAL GREERTORY

LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOO

Suck it up Null and accept the footsie date settlement.

If I were the judge in this case I'd have taken any possible excuse I could to punt this shit case right back to where it came from. No sane person would look at this and and have any desire to touch it at all.

It'll be funny to see if Utah decides to pull the legal equivalent of a double reverse hand grenade toss, because it's pretty obvious that they don't want it either. I don't know if there's a legal doctrine of no takesie backsies, but they'll probably try to shove it back to Florida again. Assuming that they do keep it, I can only imagine that the judge will not be happy with Russ. Imagine that you managed to finally get rid of of steaming pile of crap, only to have it flung right back into your lap.

The only other lolsuit I followed was KickVic stuff back when everyone here was still fully confident he was going to win. My conclusion from that, now reinforced, is that you should conclude the exact opposite of what KiwiFarms posters think is sure to happen is going to happen in all lolsuits.
if one trusts the great philosopher of our time, DSP, and accepts that no one should put stock in 'youtube lawyers,' it stands to reason that shitpost lawyers don't have much more credibility on making predictions.

Is @Null intending to go full retard on the Florida or Utah Judge?

If it's the Florida Judge, he pretty much has nothing to lose as she's already decided to transfer, but if it's the Utah Judge, who might summary judge just to end this, Null better not give him any reason to summary judge against him. As far as the Utah Judge is concerned, he's only annoyed by one screeching retard right now
