She was always white. She was British in the original, and her real life actress was Michele Merkin who was an American model iirc. In the Japanese version of the game where she was made Asian. Maybe there's a middle eastern port where they changed her face again? In PD Zero she was made American for some reason, though supposedly she was always intended to be a red head, but technical limitations prevented that in the N64 version.
TBH, if people stopped feeding trolls and attention whores, most of the internet would still be fine.
It's a tough call. On the one hand, yes, she's an attention seeking troll desperate for clicks. On the other, game journos don't her misdeeds like harassing Smash JT or trying (and failing) to dox SBI Detected people talked about. That shit deserves to be called out and not swept under the rug.
