I skipped through the Satterly on 2x. He went into more specific detail again about selection than anyone else I've ever heard. Honestly surprised the unit hasn't cracked down on him yet. Starting around the 30 minute mark.

The navy seal lolcows are apart of a larger culture of terminally online masculinity gurus. Examples of this are the guys spamming dave gogins clips and that one bald car salesman. This guys are addicted to making themselves look super tough but on the inside they are super feminine.

Look at the first tweet. WE WERE MEN. In the past tense. Seems like he doesn't feel like one anymore. Many former soldiers, once they get out, report that "they feel like they had their identity stripped away".

Tom deffo looked tilted and upset the whole interview. Also, wtf is up with his hair. It looks like he went to a professional hair stylist for women to get it dyed and brushed. It looks better than his wife's hair lol. Whatever floats the hatcheter of Iraq's boat, I guess.

Fucking perfect. A) they were getting shot so much they couldn't afford to fire anyone. So Cole totally contradicts himself about Delta being more professional and holding a standard. B) when SEALs were supposedly desecrating bodies, they were unprofessional and should be disbanded; but when Delta does it, the Pentagon is like "well, they're Delta so they must have a good reason" It's implicit bias no more rational than supporting a sports team because you like their colors.
tbh I sort of doubt that either unit was actually chopping up bodies and shit. This will sound fucked up, but you have to be "hard" and not squeamish to do something like that, and I think most of these guys are pussies. But they definitely accidentally shot and blew up a bunch of civilians, and themselves.

And how would Cole know which assaulter in Delta committed war crimes and then was pushed out? Was he given a comprehensive list of the classified crimes of Delta and their operators? Cole is very suspect in his motivations.
Edit @The Delta Farce Oh yeah, for sure they shot and blew up civilians and themselves, but hatcheting and dismembering is an ancient war crime, and it's a cowardly one.
I can totally believe they would engage in this cowardly act. Also, many like Holland or Boettcher are avid outdoorsmen, and are used to handling animal blood, guts and bone. I don't think it's a big stretch to imagine they might do this to a dead human.

I believe he eventually left Delta. A user who claims to have been in SF and JSOC, and served with Boettcher called him "Dahmer".

That doesn't seem to me like someone who was kicked out and made PNG discreetly and with shame. So if I'm getting this right, and I'm not sure, he got pushed in to 10 SFG as a CSM, but before that he got politely kicked from Delta? Going to another SFG doesn't seem like much of a demotion, TBH. My thoughts were his career at Delta had run its course and moved to another job, not that he was kicked out. But I don't know the "baseball talk" as the JSOCarchive dude said.

If you check Satterly's and Bob's video (The super sodier Delta Mogadishu Veteran and the hero who "killed" bin Laden) only managed to break 1.6k views, so it appears that reality is doing its thing in making them disappear to irrelevancy in due time.
After they inflicted terrible casualties and hardship in Somalia and during GWOT to the local people, they only care about themselves and their buddies mental health and PTSD and veteran suicides. Perhaps there would not be so many suicides if they had behaved and fought in a more honorable way.
