I actually read a quite convincing argument that the USS Liberty wasn't just attacked to hide anything, but in fact it was part of a false flag meant to allow the USA and Israel to absolutely crush Nasser's Egypt into the ground. The Israelis literally had permission and cooperation of Lyndon Johnson and it was meant to be pretty much a Gulf of Tonkin on steroids. LBJ almost got it too, if it weren't for the sailors refusing to die and making it out alive. There is even evidence that LBJ was getting ready to fucking nuke Egypt over it with the Liberty as the excuse.
LBJ is a really underrated horrible president. Fucker is up there with FDR in fucking the USA over.

She did have a real diary, and they used bits of it, but they embellished and added to it a lot. They also got rid of unsavoury bits like her writing about her developing sexual feelings, including some same-sex attraction.
Edit @The Connected Nose I heard the opposite, that some of it was her real writing, and they’d sanitised it.
Either way the world did not need to know the apparent private sexual thoughts of a child and her dad was a pervert.

If you think about it, it is some of the worst fears imaginable. One it's her diary being read which is every girls worst nightmare and secondly she didn't make any money off of it which is every Jews' worst nightmare

Because the Jews that followed him continued to be the true Jews that were God's chosen people, but the ones that rejected the son of god and turned away from God kept the name. Jesus's entire thing is realizing that the reason why everyone hates his people is because his people were dicks, and so going on a campaign to teach his people to not be dicks. The Jews that rejected his teachings continued to be dicks.
Even if he was not literally the son of god, he was metaphorically the son of god.
