"Better" is a strong word. Balldo doesn't also have to be a cuck for him to be a terrible fucking person who has completely destroyed his life.

Just because Balldo got to have a polycule and didn't end up being a cuck doesn't mean he's some how justified or vindicated in all this. It just means he wasn't a cuckhold on top of everything else that was happening.
Call it a polycule or whatever, Nick was a cuck before they met the Imholte's and he expanded his cuckery the second that Aaron fucked Kayla.

End stage organ failure
Either liver, kidney, or heart depending on if the stimulants or alcohol get him first
Dunno. For some people this is an upward endpoint.
At least when you die in a bed at some Hospital there are some people that actually care about you, and don't know about all the bad shit you've done in the past.

this begs the question: what is nick rekieta's rock bottom?
When every crumb of e-fame is taken away from him.
I think he cares about attention more than money, like most streamers*. He's addicted to having an audience.
If he ever fades into obscurity, with no following what so ever, I think that will be rock bottom for him.
*I think streamers care more about attention than money cause many of them are terrible with money, and there are way more profitable ventures than streaming. I think most of them are addicted to having an audience.

Maybe Nick and Crowder could trade off their old alienated fan bases, that need new e-daddies and parasocial buds.
Didn't Crowder come out saying that he used to struggle with bi-curiosity? I do think Nick and Crowder are very similar in this regard if so.

Chrissy set up the comedy show Nick performed at and was intended to be the headliner.
As was documented way up thread, Nick and April first met virtually (on Simpcast or related) long before the comedy show. And they were flirty.

Well, from what we can gather, Kayla is a wife who can't cook, can't clean, can't drive, doesn't work, and does piss all during the day.
I've seen quite a few photos of this sort from before 2019, but not many since. I think she did have surgery on some benign tumors in her neck around this time. Of course, Nick was getting more popular online during this time as well.

Statistically the opposite is true. Infidelity, adultery, and sexual deviancy is positively correlated with number of sexual partners and marriages.
Especially when it's the woman who has been promiscuous.

She's not gonna fuck you bro.
Are we really so sure she wouldn't?

Nick's association actually protected him for a long time and people bent over backwards to defend him. Nick and Kayla were posting photos of themselves naked at the beach and people were saying nothing to see here, they're probably on a deserted island with a tripod.
It was worse than that, actually. Between 2019 and late 2022, you basically couldn't criticize him in this thread without either being dogpiled, threatened with a threadban, or both. So I barely bothered for the two years since I stopped talking to him in late 2020.

I like 5t3n, but he did run this thing like a hugbox.

That said, I'm always careful to point out that, to his credit, 5t3n was the one that made the call that Nick had become a cow, and he moved the thread out of Multimedia. I always consider that to be his Darth Vader Return of the Jedi moment. He picked up Emperor Balldo and threw him down the pit.

I'm saying Kayla is a bad mother. I'm saying even before she did drugs, she was a bad mother. I'm not saying Nick deserves sympathy. He doesn't. I'm not saying poor Nick. I'm saying probably before Nick even started streaming that Kayla was probably a bad mother.

What I am trying to speculate on, is a psychological through line. Nick's thought processes and brain functions don't come out of nowhere. Mid-life crisis' don't just happen. I don't think it's a stretch to theorize that his "mid-life crisis" comes from the fact Kayla is a useless partner.
The reason you are catching shit here is that you're arguing that Kayla was always bad (or at least bad at some point before Nick started streaming), and that her badness triggered Nick's "mid-life crisis" and only THEN did he become bad.

I don't see any evidence to support that conclusion. A popular theory here is that Nick was always a POS, and just hid it really well.

Do we have any indications on how long they've been having nannies for the kids? There was a point they only had one, two, three kids. I know a lot of people with like 4+ kids use nannies but I'm struggling to picture them having one for one or two children, from infanthood. I would be surprised if Kayla wasn't the primary caregiver when they only had like 2 or 3. Even white trash single moms manage that, they just don't do it very well. Maybe daycare or her family helped?
Edit: I actually think I misread what you were saying, but I am gonna leave this here because Kayla pisses me off. So my bad.

Listen, because I see what you are trying to do, but it is a hard fail. Her ONLY job is to take care of the house and kids since she doesn't work. Taking care of 5 kids vs 1-2 kids is actually not 5 times as much work, it's definitely more but the scale would become more like 2x as much, which is trivial when it's the only thing you have to do. And taking care of 1 kid, believe it or not, is absolutely not something that takes your full undivided attention all day. The fact that she couldn't manage to care for these kids when it was literally all she had to do is fucking embarrassing and the reality is that she just didn't want to do it. That's the reality here. People can defend her and act like she had it tough, but she didn't have it tough at all. She has plenty of money, a big ass house, and access to vehicles. She also had ALL day EVERY day to do it, and in this situation, she did not even need a nanny for this. People have nannies when they both work. NOT when both parents are at home all day and one of them is literally a stay at home parent with no job.

Also let's not even forget these kids ages range up to 16. I don't wanna rehash the "kids should have done xyz" discussion again, because they shouldn't have had to, but we all know how it works with siblings; the older ones do stuff for the younger ones etc. Kayla and Nick are just awful, shit parents. And on that scale, Kayla is much worse as a parent because she (again) has nothing to do but be a parent. It was too much for her to handle not doing cocaine, alcohol, and cuckery to do basic parental shit like laundry.

A popular theory here is that Nick was always a POS, and just hid it really well.
That's the theory I subscribe to.

This guy talked about murdering critters in needlessly cruel ways all the way back in the good ol days.

Also the Ronversations back in 2020 are very revealing knowing what we know now - Nick was projecting, describing himself.

Hitting rock bottom requires someone to be able to admit that they are wrong, they are the problem and they need to do better.

Nick will never see himself as the problem because if he allows himself to think that the crushing weight of all he has done wrong will simply kill him.

He will kill himself before he ever admits he did anything wrong.

I wasn't 'trying' to do anything I didn't state. My points in this past conversation have been 1) I don't think there is any indication that Nick was doing the domestic load, regardless of whether Kayla was and 2) expressing surprise/disbelief if they required a nanny even before they had a higher number of kids.

I disagree that supervising, entertaining, feeding, schooling, bathing/dressing, etc. 5 kids who are all only a few years of age between each other is a one person job, even very attentive mothers get help from their family in those situations. If the kids went to public school? Sure, but they don't. And they all have a ton of extracurricular activities too apparently. I challenge you to adopt one puppy a month for five months, meeting all their physiological needs and also training them. Keeping on top of cleaning up the house, too. Guarantee you will be exhausted very quickly.

If both Kayla and Nick weren't doing those jobs, somebody was. And I'm curious to know the logistics.

Didn't Crowder come out saying that he used to struggle with bi-curiosity?
I'm doubting it was much of a struggle. When someone casts off faith and traditional morality and adopts the pursuit of pleasure as a personal philosophy and way of life, these new hedonists realize they are now their own arbiters of what the limits are, and everything once forbidden becomes possible, doable. Whitebread heterosexual sex seems boring in contrast.

Do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law, Aleister Crowley once said and wrote. There is a thrill in transgression. Some find it liberating.

Liz Fong-Jones is a good example of this taken all the way. As cynical, mean-spirited, and misanthropic bastards, we can only hope Nick Rekieta follows that happy example.

REKIETA SPOTTING:

Aaron Imholte read out another message from a fan saying that they had spotted April and Nick.

This fan stated that they spotted Nick Rekieta and Aaron's ex-wife April Anderson (formerly April Imholte) getting a pizza at Zorbaz (presumably the Zorbaz in Spicer, since he says it's Nick's hometown)

Great job pissing off a guy well known locally with tons of local fans (and detractors) Nick!

REKIETA SPOTTING:
(Timestamped for 42:30)

Aaron read out another email from a fan from the Spicer area with an alleged Nick & April sighting. He says this came from a different person.

Transcribed below with Aaron's commentary removed (now that STMS gets more views, the YT auto-transcript appears much faster!)

"Hi Aaron,

I hope you're doing well. As a local and longtime fan I wanted to share something I witnessed last night. I saw Nick and April at the DQ Grill and Chill in Spicer last night and it looked like they were enjoying burgers and Blizzards together. No sign of Nick's wife.

I thought you might want to be aware of this."

This is in downtown Spicer across the street from the alleged Zorbaz sighting from a few days ago.

Aaron says he has received 3-4 sightings in total from fans. Later in the show, Aaron says he got an email from someone saying they saw Nick and April at Walmart, but I don't recall that being broadcast on the show. He did report that someone saw April (with no mention of Nick) at a gas station in Waite Park in St. Cloud, which is presumably the 4th sighting.

Aaron seems to think the fact that April and Nick are being spotted together without Kayla means that Kayla must be gone. I don't believe that, for my part. She is probably more conscious of the fact that everyone is staring them down in public.

To me Nick was undoubtedly always a POS. Its just that growing up he was a nerd and loser and had to take what he could get. I mean look at his old photos. Total loser.

Suddenly when he got some fame he decided everything he had wasnt good enough for him anymore and thought he could replace it.

what he hasnt figured out is that hes still a loser.
The classic old saying that money and fame reveal who people really want to be. I don't buy that it changes people, who they really were just comes out.

I have no problem believing that his mid-life crisis is really him lashing out, and finally trying to be the cool kid... at age 42.

So after his decision to make his streams a bible study, I have absolutely had it with this asshole.
I am not a religious man and far from a trad, but if there is one thing I hate in this world it is a charlatan. I know people that take Christianity seriously and have enough discipline to follow through with those beliefs. Then I have to look at little weasels like Ralph or Mersh or Anisa (with Islam) or Nick just take these very beliefs and use them as a fashion accessory. They say to their audience, "Hey look at me arent I so different from the rest of the dirtbags on the internet because i can quote a bible/quran verse?" "Look at me in traditional clothes, yet i spout shit about how swinging and being a fucking degenerate is cool, doesnt that make you rethink the whole religion" Its disgusting that they would try to to stray vulnerable people away from their ways.
Like I said, I am not religious, but if there is a hell I hope there is a special place for these people.
TL;DR Fuck Nick.

As has been said before, Nick exhibits pretty bog standard malignant narcissist behavior. Narcissists, once you understand them, are all pretty similar in behavior pattern no matter the subtype. Once you understand that said behavior pattern is basically that of an adult toddler, things begin to make a lot more sense.

Narcissists do this thing with people they've soaked all the supply out of they can called discarding. They demean and belittle that person, having used all their perceived value up feeding the bottomless void of self loathing that's at the core of every NPD individual. We see that with how Nick talked about Kayla and her "body ruined by childbirth" and I'm sure lots of other things. Kayla has definitely been discarded, and April is just the next source of supply. He can't admit that publicly, because he wants to be seen as a Christian for some reason, but that's absolutely what he's done.

Also, him being a porn addict at a young age makes sense. A lot of Christian-raised porn addicts all make the same mistake when they get married. They think they "fixed" their problem by having access to sex whenever. Of course, marriages don't work like that, and porn addiction is often an ever-expanding desire for frequency + variety. It's why Nick probably pushed for freakier and freakier stuff, until it ended up at the Jamaican BBC factory and into the polycule stuff.

It absolutely was exacerbated by the sudden mainstream success of two nationally-watched trials and the money that came with it. Most pornsick narcs don't get influence and wealth just dropped into their laps suddenly like Nick did.
