Ah yes, Riley. The person whose house Ralph entered and despite the actions of Ralph being clearly illegal and would have definitely sent him to jail with all the legal stuff at the time, Riley didn't call the cops because that would mean everyone goes to jail on drug possession.
Shit, at that time I only listened to shows in the background so I completely missed anything to do with Mint until I retroactively read into it. It's real fucked up when you just read boil it down to what Dick did there, "Dick convinced a retarded woman to leave her loving parents and she ended up being sexually exploited by Riley." It's pretty messed up no matter how you look at it.
I think Mint got a lot of people pissed, and then Cuties, and then Vito, and then Eric. Since then, he's been fading into irrelevance for years and at this point his audience are those who never outgrew him or are also hedonists who don't care.
I was listening to Dick Show when Vito poked his head onto the scene, basically he made some video where he claimed to vape Belle Delphine's bath water. Didn't really like him, thought he was an idiot, but in the grand scheme of the Dick Show guests, he was alright, I guess.
Then a while later Mr. Girl showed up, Vito defended him, and we found out how deep the rabbit hole went. Initially, I
actually went on Vito's defense, that Vito thought Mr. Girl was trolling.
Why the fuck would anybody do this? To become retarded also? I hate to break it to people but if you ever found him funny and stand by it, you should kill yourself. It has aged like dogshit.
I did listen to BPITU back a few years ago. There were a few things to note:
1. The first episodes are really painful because Maddox will start going on about some big audacious problem like world hunger and Dick's is something really retarded like forgetting to zip your pants up after using the bathroom. (This is when the audience was largely Team Maddox).
2. Dick's personality is definitely magnetic and you want to like him and think he's funny...but that's exactly how conmen work.
3. Dick admits to shitting his pants once, Maddox can't believe it and doesn't know anyone that has happened to them without some sort of obvious medical issue. We know now that for all of Maddox's issues he has (likely) not taken anything up the ass, which has contributed to Dick's loose sphincter.
