"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

Just got to the part of the most recent MATi where Josh mentioned considering replacing his YouTube watching with Internet radio

I have a lot of fun picking countries off of Foobar 2000's built in radio list and checking out some random stations, though I'm sure there are lots of good options for Internet radio beyond Foobar/VLC.
There is something really nice about radio that you don't get from listening to a video or a stream, doubly so for talk radio, and it's usually a better listening experience since it's designed to be audio only.
Sometimes I'll listen to random foreign stations on radio garden. Ninjad by @Radovan Karadžić
And some of the channels on soma.fm aren't bad. I used to listen to the Mission Control soma station while I blew up kerbals.

Yep using a base 10 system is completely insane. Everyone should use cheeseburgers per football fields like god intended…
Metric is gay and soulless. It’s called Imperial because it’s what an Empire will use. Americans use feet and ounces because we can.

American culture is the Imperial measurement and I will not budge an INCH!

I'm sure someone must have pointed it out in the Dax thread but the butter isn't even melted on Dax's cope steak.

LMAO Null realized it as soon as posted. That's how shit your cope steak is, Dax.
It looks like a steak Fatrick Sean Tomlinson would make.

@Null Dick's steak is sous vide, it's a cooking method invented by the French. You put your meat in a plastic bag that's been vacuum sealed (vide) and cook it in a water bath for a long time. Then when it's done you sear it. It actually looks how it's supposed to look, as in fucking disgusting. Personally I've never had it, people swear it's good.

This explains so much about the bizarre way he has aged.

Someone recommended the latest Blocked &Reported episode, but it's behind a paywall. Redscare people upload premium episodes to other places for free. Does anyone have a link for something similar for B&R?
As I mentioned a few weeks ago in the Lucas thread, I found some rando's premium RSS feed using an unholy combo of search engine operators. In the interest of keeping the feed live, I have reuploaded the latest episode on archive.org.
Here ya go.

Point of odour: Riley looks like he stinks.

Point of order for Null: The metric system
actually did get America to the moon. The internal calculations of the Apollo Guidance Computer, as well as in Mission Control and MIT were metric. The display units on the DSKY (the computer display) and in Mission Control were then translated back to freedom units ™️.
All of the engineering/manufacturing was done in american customary units, the internal units of the computer didnt get anything anywhere the rocket and spacecraft did

Reactions: I'm a Silly
We need a KiwiFOIA logo to transparently overlay on any footage that Null gets. It’ll become the worldstarhiphop of retards.

Here's some lazy attempts at modding the logo a lot of places use for their FOIA offices.

(No unfilled kiwi for the ray burst version, there's a pedestal behind it I can't easily edit out.)

It seems a lot of places put this seal plus their department, city, or military base name for their office's logo.
