A fire and brimstone type church-community, which doesn't concede ground to any form of "worldly" things - homosexuals, perhaps even race related issues, definitely at odds with Jews. Definitely on SPLC's "hate" map. Yet this may be going too far, as these types of communities are detached from society at large, purely an observation I have made.
The trouble is, they overdo it, and it leads them to mistreat their own children. I've even observed people from relatively chill denominations go that route. Parents who are overly protective and smothering of their children, and obsessive and perfectionist about their religion. Even when the actual clergy is a lot more chill and reasonable.
Overly religious groups and ideologies attract the same sort of personality types that normally gravitate towards wokism and gender-bending and faggotry. BPD, histrionic, emotionally immature and constantly anxious and angry and paranoid. They take their insecurities and emotional incontinence out on their children, they only keep a lid on things just enough to play some "perfect family" charade to outside observers because apparently that's easier to do than actually sorting things out.
As a result, their children might go the exact opposite direction and go full woke, which doesn't take much effort at all, just trade one batshit ideology/mindset for another. If the parents never learned emotional resilience, how the fuck can they impart it to their children?
While it's easy to talk about how religion can be potentially used to combat transgenderism and other toxic ideologies, there's another element that is often missed: you have to actually learn how to behave like a fucking adult. If you've still got the emotional maturity of a hormonal teenager despite the fact that you are a grown-ass adult with children, no amount of religion is going to help you.
