I don't even think that "all vtubers are pedophiles" was what people were saying. It's hard to deny context when they're using clips straight from the horse, or rabbit, or whatever's mouth.

I don't like vtubers because of the weird audience they attract and the creepy child anime aesthetic that the majority of them use, if they're not just outright doing a porn thing, so I don't watch them. However, I don't need to be a subject matter expert studying thousands of hours of footage like the Zapruder film to tell you if I go to a vtuber's twitter account and search "loli" in their tweet history and pull up 50+ results, they might be a little suspect.
