I don't think Nick is stupid enough to pull some sovereign citizen shit in court, but with lapsed insurance, unregistered cars, not giving a crap about road rules, not showing up to court, being defiant to the cops and seemingly backing Barnes on his "unconstitutional search warrant" pitch, in his heart of hearts I think Nick believes himself to be a true sovereign citizen, or at least wishes himself to be.

Had he done a stream where he just curls up into a ball and wails like a baby and cried about how much he fucked up and how he misses his children - I would be genuinely impressed that he's breaking through his shell.
