I don't know this for a fact, but my leading theory is that means it (temporarily?) blocked your session and IP for whatever reason. Clear cookies and change VPN nodes and it should go away.

Thanks Mark. I've been having issues with archive.ph specifically. Usually just switching the domain helps, but it makes my archive.ph extension useless lol.
