This is correct. Rekieta might walk but CPS doesn’t just pretend it never happened. Remember that legally they act on behalf of the children until such time as they deem it good enough (which, to be fair, is a really ducking low bar but it is a bit higher than “giving 8 balls to 8 year olds).

If this is true I will go in the morning to my courthouse to verify it's existence. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to verify it's existence? Maybe a newspaper from that day and photo of the document on the court computer?

If it were environmental exposure you'd expect all the kids to test positive. Maybe under the cutoff level. Not all the kids except one were either at 0 or under cutoff level, and that one kid is way above cutoff level

Unless Nick and Kayla were well I wanna throw up instead of saying it

Or this document is a big fakerino

Under the case where this is a real document, there's a decent chance that the government (either state or federal?) would request that you share IP information about the user, correct?

On an unrelated note, https://git.kiwifarms.net/Null/Transparency has been down for a while. Maybe there will be circumstances in the future where you might want that up.

No. Licensed foster parents is a technical term. Even if temporary, they’re licensed. They’d say something like “foster care with X” if they were at grandparents.

By the way not immediately giving the kids to grandparents would indicate that CPS is seriously fucking skeeved out.

Tomorrow is Juneteenth a federal holiday (lol). So you'll have to wait till Thursday to view it.

If you're going to do it, be there as soon as the doors unlock because that shit will be locked down 5 minutes after the clerk checks their email.

Tomorrow is a federal holiday so the courts won't (generally) be open. I can bet that this would be taken care of well before thursday morning

I think it is entirely possible that this document is real, except for the part about the daughter testing positive for cocaine.

If Nick somehow comes out with proof that his daughter did not in fact test positive for cocaine relatively quickly, like on tonight's stream, then I will be even more convinced.

Potential Rekieta plan:
1. edit real document that has no new embarrassing information to include an outrageous fabrication
2. leak document just before big return stream
3. rant and rave about the evil kiwi farmers and big guvment conspiring against you
4. produce proof that the fabrication is indeed a fabrication
5. all detractors now look worse and you rake in sympathetic paypig donations

The last I knew, it looked like either Kayla had not retained council of her own, or if she had, it was not public. Now I certainly could've missed that, but for this to have been faked, the faker would've had to choose a local lawyer at random (Mueller) to be Kayla's, which could be very easily disproven.

Or at least very easy for Nick to claim is NAW TRUUUUU.

I find it really hard to believe that any files related to CPS are available to the public past court dockets and indictments. Definitely not internal investigative reports. To powerlevel my mom is an attorney who has had a lot of custody and other child-related cases, those records are not available to anybody but the court, the agencies (like CPS, police, DA's office etc.), and the parties to the case
