It really never was haha funny. The last time that happened, we were laughing at Nick for putting a bottle up his ass in Jamaica. From my outside understanding; you can be with family, but also in the system. The system maintains some controls, like inspecting the grand-parents house, monitoring the parents visits, etc.

The juvenile documents are unrelated to the possession charge. Even if they got tossed, it would ironically just mean his least severe charge is removed.

Not necessarily if the leaker worked for the court/criminal justice system, then a lawyer could make the argument that this proves judicial bias against Rekeita. A lawyer could also claim that the illegal leak of this evidence tainted any potential jury pool making a fair trial impossible.

I am not saying it is right, just that it is a possibility.
