Saw the feature. I'm sick. Misread metabolitis as meatballs. I have nothing else to add other than my disappointment.
If he is mixing coke into his booze it wouldn't be too far a fech if he seasoned his food with it. Could explain how the stuff got into the kids other than them snorting it themselves .

>IT WAS MUH GUBERNMINT IT WAS DUH GUBERNMINT
Yeah, and the reason why people believe these accusations are true are due in no small part to your public displays of drunken, erratic behavior over the last year, testimony from members of your local community, scientific evidence via drug testing done on your children and much, much more.

>DUH GUBERNMINT doesn't make these accusations lightly, the reason you have the charges you have are because they're almost certain they have you dead to rights and can legally fuck you on them.

Not necessarily if the leaker worked for the court/criminal justice system, then a lawyer could make the argument that this proves judicial bias against Rekeita. A lawyer could also claim that the illegal leak of this evidence tainted any potential jury pool making a fair trial impossible.

I am not saying it is right, just that it is a possibility.
Not trying to be argumentative, but wouldn't the leaked evidence be presented during trial to any jury anyway? I'm not sure how leaking legitimate evidence in a case taints a jury if it's evidence that was going to be presented regardless. I agree with the judicial bias argument but that would require conclusively determining it was a court agent, and apparently the document was accessible via a public terminal.

describe the mechanism for throwing out his possession charge because these records about the child abuse were released
I was personally wondering if that could be possible, it's mostly because it contains information about his children

I'm not american and I have no knowledge about its justice system. But a leak like this is pretty major.

What it means is that the Rekietas aren't getting out from under the child abuse/endangerment charges. That kid, barely 9, tested positive for cocaine at 10x the cutoff level. 500pg/mg of hair is the cutoff level. Anything below that is considered a negative result for the purposes of the test. 500-2000pg indicates "low use" or "recreational use". 2000-10000pg indicates "medium use" or "daily/weekends". It's a hair follicle test so it's not like the kid just got into the coke stash one time and got messed up from playing around. Someone was dosing her with the stuff.
"medium use" that sounds like a lot for someone that would only be occasionally near someone else that uses it.
Maybe they let her participate in the drugs and sex orgies they were having?
Maybe some additional non-drug related types of tests need to be done on the girl too.

It wouldn't be the first time that a shitty lawyer sent the documents that he shouldn't send to people he shouldn't have sent them to. Maybe Ty got a redemption arc and sent them too early this time
