Because they were arrested and released within about 24 hours with the 3 charges each, I'm thinking the child abuse/endangerment charges are just from having drugs and guns near the children. This document was labeled for sometime in June, is it possible they get another charge added now that it's proven that the 9 year old tested positive?

If he says on a stream the cops planted evidence, he could be asked on the stand why he said that and what evidence he has to support that allegation. Even if he does not take the stand, that statement could be used by the prosecutor in arguments to show how he makes wild, spurious claims with no factual basis.
