It's why it slightly irks me when you have a defendant accused of some heinous crime (i.e. kid diddler, mass shooter) and people mock the defense attorney, saying something to effect of "wow, how can you defend a pedo/murderer?"

That's the wrong way to look at it. The defense isn't there because he would love to see a child toucher get let off. He's there because he's making sure the government is crossing their Ts and dotting their Is.

If you let the government play fast and loose with someone else's rights, it means they can do the same to yours.
This is a really good point. A good defense attorney, even if his client is found to be guilty, is helping to shore up the legitimacy of the court. Even in instances where the accused is absolutely guilty, the defense attorney is there to ensure the government doesn't erode the very foundation of the Law.

The problem with the CPS-is-against-him cope is that literally every part of this story involves at least two separate and unrelated entities witnessing the degeneracy.

- We saw coked-out behaviour on stream (farmers saw this, Warski, police officer who does drug assessments)
- People saw coke in his house (police, Aaron Imholte)
- The house was not acceptably clean (Police, Social Worker, Aaron Imholte, all at separate times)
- The children were not well cared-for (community members, pastor, preschool teacher, Aaron Imholte, nanny)
- His daughter was exposed to coke (social worker, lab)

CPS can lie. Police can lie. But in order for Balldo to be right, all of the following people would have to be lying or massively incompetent:
- Multiple police officers;
- Minnesota CPS;
- Aaron Imholte;
- Church members;
- The lab.

This is way beyond Occam's Razor.

If there is someway to find records relating to Rekieta’s kids being in foster care wouldn’t that support the authenticity of the document?

Also, where did the claim that the kids were staying with relatives come from?
Even if the kids are with the grandparents the grandparents would have to quality as foster parents and would be considered a foster home. And according to this document they were present and it says that the foster parents were present. So they are most likely the foster parents.

I'll never understand how people like Nick aren't so ashamed of themselves that they either change their lives for the better by themselves, or pay money to have people fix them. I used to like Nick, but my god, he's fallen.
I don't get how the faggot can never admit he's wrong. It's like it would kill him or something. It's so stupid.

Being wrong isn't he end of the world. Recognize it. Admit it and move on to the next play. You don't have to be right all the time.

This just in. Apparently, according to Kino Casino, Camelot just admitted Rackets gave his kid cocaine for medicinal reasons.

Naw man, it's all jealous prudes trying to take down the law pope because they hate his success and freedom.

Well sheeit. If Coomalot knew that, raises the question of why he didn't say anything?

I doubt it. Minnesota's neglect and endangerment felonies require "substantial harm to the child's physical, mental, or emotional health."
Having so much cocaine in you that you test in the tenth percentile of ADULT cocaine addicts is obviously substantial harm.
- We saw coked-out behaviour on stream (farmers saw this, Warski, police officer who does drug assessments)
We literally saw him streaming while babbling unintelligible gibberish with cocaine literally visibly on his nose.

There is no ambiguity here. He was not snorting up confectioner's sugar on that "bathroom break."

Assuming this is what the medical emergency was, would this not imply that they did not take the child(ren) to the hospital?

I'm not sure what kind of symptoms a child would have to display for an E.R. doc to go, "hey maybe we should do a drug test on this kid," but if the child overdosed on coke, that would result in a rather swift arrest of the parents, no? If they chose to "monitor" the doped up kid at home instead of calling 911 or driving to the hospital, that's an even lower level of fucked up. Addicts will let their "friends" die of an overdose and drop their body off somewhere because they ain't about to catch a charge or get arrested on their outstanding warrants by calling 911.

This would really show they only care about themselves and their own self-preservation, in true addict fashion.
When you go to the hospital for an unknown issue one of the first things they do is order a toxicology screening.

Id have serious doubt of that because its Coomalot but Ill put some stock into it based on Balldos lolbertarian views. Those views coincide with anti big pharma and medical industry views, so its not so far fetched....

It is incredible to me that Nick Rekieta was stupid enough to believe that Null did him a favor by locking his thread for like an hour. You dumb cokehead, it was to get ahead of the child cocaine hair news and set up a new thread for it. It just makes the thread about you less cluttered and easier to navigate, for us and anyone interested in your fuckups.

As an American - if you're in the year of our lord 2024 bringing up "muh King George III" to win an argument you've automatically lost.

Did I miss that....?
I didn't hear that confirmed.

I just heard the speculation on his libertarian views which are pretty cringe.

Legal Mindset comparing him to Darrell Brooks was pretty based.

Dumb question but does the drug test differentiate between cocaine and ADHD/narcolepsy medication? I assume dexamphetamine just shows positive for amphetamines across the board?
I'm curious if that poor kid was given powder straight or prescription meds
Cocaine and amphetamines are different drugs. ADHD medication would test positive for amphetamines.

This nigger's really calling out the CPS case manager by name and telling his audience that they're committing perjury against him? He knows damn well that his sycophants will call flood and attempt to intimidate the DA's office and others.
Inside every lolbertarian is a sovereign citizen waiting to come out the moment they're inconvenienced.

Being wrong isn't he end of the world. Recognize it. Admit it and move on to the next play.
If he did, then what play could he possibly make besides the rope?

His career is in shambles, his reputation is ruined, his main source of income will shrivel up and die (and I can't imagine Mommy and Daddy are going to financially support him after this fiasco is over, the Rekieta name is good and ruined), his colleagues and peers have abandoned him, his marriage is on the verge of crumbling, and physically, he looks like he already has one foot in the grave.

The only card left in his hand is to somehow pull an inverse-miracle out of his ass and finagle back custody of his children. If he can't do that (and he won't), there is absolutely nothing left for him besides the sweet embrace of death.

The tox screen would be very high up on the list of things to do. If the child overdosed, they need to know what he's overdosed on. If the Rekietas were responsible and they had a child who overdosed, they'd say so right up front. The hospital asks a bunch of questions about possible toxins the child could have ingested -- does anyone take insulin? Does someone in the house have an opiate prescription? Whatever they're worried about. It takes valuable time to do tox screens -- time that an overdosing child doesn't necessarily have.

The hospital would absolutely call CPS. But the alternative is that your child could (gd forbid) die.

Passing a hair test is a prerequisite for employment at my job. I’ve heard a ton of stories about what people got away with the last semester of college before getting the “you have two weeks to get tested” email.. lots of them including cocaine usage >1 time. IMO this poor girl was ingesting coke and not just a one-off. If she has ADHD she’s much more likely to do impulsive and dangerous behavior. It seems like her life has been turned upside down and she’s old enough to know what’s happening and young enough to not know better. I hope I’m wrong :(
People are right though it really doesn’t matter how it’s a positive test. The fact that Nick would even try and make excuses for it and not be completely horrified is beyond me. I know people whose dogs got into their weed stash that had a more guilty conscience than him. Bc at the end of the day, it’s not the dogs fault.. it’s the grown ass irresponsible adult who needs to get it together

The test looks for METABOLITES created when cocaine is broken down by the body after injestion.
This has been gone over ad nauseam. We don't have the test results so we don't know specifically what metabolites were found and in what concentrations. As @Dyn pointed out earlier, norcocaine is both a metabolite and a byproduct from refining cocaine which contaminates virtually 100% of the cocaine on the planet. Some shampoos and hair products can actually help embed or bake in contaminants into hair instead of wash them out, this has been documented before specifically for the purposes of drug testing.

So, if the test result summary is based on the detection of a high amount of norcocaine alone, it is not outside the realm of possibility that she got cocaine in her hair at some point, washed her hair or used some other hair product that would cause the hair to retain the residue, and weeks or months later was tested and the norcocaine contaminants in the cocaine that got into her hair were used as evidence she had ingested the drug.

Is this a likely course of events? Absolutely fucking not. That being said, we simply don't know. We do not have all of the information required to make that judgement call. I would definitely say it meets the preponderance of the evidence, but not beyond a reasonable doubt. There are simply far too many unknowns to say conclusively how and why she tested positive. The theory I subscribe to is still the medical emergency that required him to miss three streams in a row between Jan 29 to Feb 1 being his daughter ingesting a huge amount of cocaine.
