I'm failing to understand how it got this bad, it was funny to me that nick got busted with so much coke, we all saw the clips and the decline.

But it just gets more horrific as stuff comes out, the tickets he accumulated coming up to the surface, the leaked documents.

But nick is just a narcissistic prick who is beyond saving, he will deny he changed but any of his older audiences noticed it, some of his friends noticed it but nick didn't and still doesn't.

I know he taught constitutional law when he did classes to kids but arguing a case on constitutional law won't win any favours in the eyes of any normal person, winning on a technicality doesn't absolve you of the accusations, disproving the accusations is harder and the way nick has acted I would say that is going to be impossible.

I think nick is so confident he's not going to serve 25 years he has become complacent and honestly believes the system is out to get him.

Even if convicted nick will always believe he is innocent, he always accuses people of lying while refusing to tell the truth himself.

Just remember it wasn't the government who gave nick the coke and booze.

Honestly, with all the shit that's come out so far, I wish that joke about Nick getting someone sent to the chair over a parking ticket was accurate so he could face a firing squad over all of this. I shudder to think about what bit of horrific information will drop next...

Nick & Kayla should get the rope. After a fair trial, of course...

On Nick's recent stream I thought he said something very interesting that makes it very clear he is going full Barnes. I can't find it, but I remember hearing him answering a question about whether he's going to make a deal with a very solid Nick Rekieta "no." Specifically, he said something like "the government has a burden to meet, and if they meet it, we'll talk."

Nick, that's not how making deals in lawsuits works. You make the deal before they have proven that they met their burden. After they meet your burden, all you can do is beg for mercy.

Can ANYONE picture Nick actually begging for mercy? Or asking for mercy? Maybe after he's fully realized how well and truly fucked he is, then MAYBE he'd pretend to break down in tears in order to try to con 'em into being merciful...

Oh, I fully expect that he'll experience some regret once all this is over. He'll regret not having taught those damned kids to keep their mouths shut, regret that his whore of a wife didn't get off her ass enough to make sure those kids didn't reek before sending them off to whatever activities they needed to go to, regret ever getting Aaron involved in the mix (or not getting sufficient blackmail on him to keep his mouth shut), etc...

One man's trash is another man's treasure.
While some lawyers would be drowning in a Tums festival, others would have dollars signs in their eyes thinking about all the billable hours.
My dad was a criminal defense attorney for years before he became a judge. The guys in that line of work basically can't be surprised by anything as far as difficult clients go. Think about who most of their clients are, given crime statistics.

The vast majority of his clients were low/no inhibition types who'd regularly do shit like shout BITCH ASS MUHFUGGAH at the judge 5 minutes into a hearing about the incredibly generous plea deal that multiple people spent many hours on getting done. Bragging about every detail of their crimes over jail phones that they know are recorded/monitored.

Nick has finally taken his lifelong quest to be black to it's logical conclusion. He should get the one lawyer who argued in a rappers RICO trial that thug stands for "truly humble under god" and that "pushing p" means "pushing positivity".

Hence why DUI guy just dropped the pro bono part. Just like any other slimeball lawyer my guess is he'd represent Nick, but obviously not for free, and I'm guessing he won't accept balldo's as payment either.

He's going to be learning pretty soon. His e-career is about as dead as his legal career. The only way he's going to be able to make money is the Ethan Ralph route where people send super chats to make fun of him to his face. Gone are the days of appearing on Tim Pool and Rumble contracts.

Hopefully that family trust is enough because that's all he has to look forward to. He needs money now too, with all the legal and other problems he created for himself.

Then Nick throws Kayla under the bus for letting their young daughter use drugs and whatever terrible shit happened in that house.
Since the arrests broke I've been thinking that the only possible defense either one of them has is to blame the other. Otherwise they're both going down.

That's going to burn him to because when he inevitably does take some kind of deal that quote will be used by the public as a full admission regardless of whatever his deal says.

He represented Wesley Snipes once and got a mixed verdict on a tax evasion case. Big whoop.

Fun Fact: He got dismissed from Wesley Snipes's case as well.

This and calling Montagraph a pedophile out of absolutely nowhere has convinced me he's projecting. I'd go a step further and say that he's had the thoughts for years, but only recently has he acted on them because of the drugs and alcohol utterly demolishing what little inhibitions he previously had.

Hope I'm wrong.
This makes me remember those streams he would do reading the charging documents of people caught in pedo stings. His explanation for why he'd read out all the gross details of what those people were doing and wanted to do was that people should know what kind of monsters are out there. Now, though, I'm wondering if he was reading them because he got off on the content but could convince himself that he was a more virtuous person because he never acted on those impulses. And if it was the case that he had those impulses, and we've all seen him lose all his inhibitions and self control over the last couple years, that does lead to some very dark conclusions.

Well, he DID say that he was withdrawing his offer to represent Rekieta pro bono. Maybe he'd still do it but charge Rekieta up the ass. LOL.

But I still think it would be a bear even for him, and he knows it. Nick would be his biggest enemy. Not the government.

He also did that interview with the diaperfag a long time ago. I had forgotten about that until just now

PotentiallyCriminal straight up said he would represent child murderers if they asked at one point on one of his streams. I forget the context or exact case (EDIT: It was a case where some black lady followed a white woman and her infant through a grocery store and then stabbed them to death in the parking lot). I think some of them, from the criminal side, see it as just a job. Tbh I can kinda get that. You gotta think though, if you are a lawyer and a big case with headlines comes up, even being attached to it is a big "get" for your business as well. I am sure some of them don't want to be representing pieces of shit, but on the other hand if the alternative to that is grinding to get clients, I feel like you'd bite the bullet.
