Theory:

According to Imholte, Nick left a “bullet” of coke in the couch by accident.

Say at some point, Nick’s daughter busts in on him doing a rail or a bump or whatever.

“Dad, what are you doing?”

“Oh, this is just some medicine, honey”

After calling it something like medicine, Nick loses some type of container in his OWN couch.
The point was raised in the thread with the original leak that the idea that an 8 year old can dose themselves cocaine regularly without overdosing is essentially impossible, which I'm somewhat inclined to believe. That raises some insane implications then.

No way Eric would do that, he Got Coached to stop dancing with lolcowism. That's why people like Nick who actually read stuff like this site are doomed, don't dip your balls into the piranha pond of little haters.
He only stopped dancing because he got to busy. When he has time the cowism shows through/the drama stuff happens.

Same to old Nick. Second he stops having something real he wants to do, like Nick, he’ll likely fall in deep.

Balldo is such a histrionic faggot he actually believes he has a “heat allergy”. First that is not a medical condition it is a symptom. Second he is a lying faggot who lies. If he had that symptom he would completely avoid slurping up loads floating around in his jacuzzi.

Heat intolerance is not a medical condition in itself. It can indicate a variety of things. Read on to learn what causes heat intolerance and what to do about it.

Scratching your skin enough to cause sores has nothing to do with a “heat intolerance”. He is just a whiny faggot that can’t stand being boring and totally ordinary, just like Mena Suvari in American Beauty.

When Barnes listed off the amendments he thought were violated during Nick's arrest on the Viva/Barnes stream, the very first stream Legal Mindset made after that he seemed like he was optimistic about Nick's case based on what Barnes said, but other lawyers who came on Legal Dicksucker's stream disagreed and said why, and you could literally see the change of mind dawn on Andrew as the stream went on.
I thought he had changed his mind after the warrant released and we all got to see it (including those two) which nullified Barnes. I think Barnes is a straight idiot though. He always comes across like a smug asshole who doesn't really know what he's talking about about. Andrew I don't know about as much, he seems okay but if people here dislike him that much I'm guessing there's must be a reason

Depiction of what the follow up cope and seethe stream will look like when he breaks his balldo and breaks his commitment to not drinking on stream. Come on Nick!, you managed to get rid of the pesky kids; CIA glow in the dark ceiling cats that keep stealing your cocaine. Take another drink, you deserve it!

Due to lack of adequate editing software the attached theme song should be the new Rackets theme song for his studio "upgrade."

Sure, but I’m playing the Hanlon’s Razor card until there’s more clarity

Its been discussed alot in the case thread. That guy is also a twitter troll and a Barnes wannabee who takes alot of unusual cases and doomed appeals. He is the kind of guy that if you as a client wanted to pursue an unusual (or insane) legal strategy would be all-in to back you.

The family law part of his practice isn't all bad for the case. Because some of the charges about the children do fall into family law issues.

A wealthy and sane person in Nick's position would have gone to one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the state or gone to someone who specializes in drug cases. That Nick didn't do that suggests perhaps that he isn't wealthy/sane or maybe not both anymore.

If you read some of his tweets, he is the perfect attorney for Nick right now.
If Nick was smart, he'd have gone straight for Bruce Rivers, the criminal lawyer (what he do?) The only problem is Bruce would tell him to shut the fuck up, stop streaming, and probably slap the shit out of him. It's what he desperately needs, but the gargantuan ego of the Balldo Bishop would never allow for such a thing.

He also appears completely incapable of absorbing new information and revising his opinion accordingly. Being wrong with incomplete information is one thing, and everyone does that. Being absolutely incapable of reacting to new information is retardation. He is a fat Boss Baby looking goddamn retard who would stick with a doomed strategy and fuck his clients. This is why Rittenhouse fired his dumb fat ass.

There's a very lucrative secondary market for attorneys that previously had some sort of career running media circuits telling people what they want to hear masked in a veil of legalese.
One day Nick might be as successful as Nancy Grace!

Is sexual abuse that far out of the realm of possibility from someone who would force or coerce a 9 year old use cocaine?
Every time I said to myself "Sure, he degen, but he would never do that" I have been wrong.

As for Nick, dissolving his nose with hydrochloric acid would probably be a Mount Rushmore level achievement.

I'll add something else to this, even though it's been said already.

When people started to raise concerns to him about the neglecting and abuse of Nick's kids (which is really the core issue more than anything else), his response was to keep harping on the "Constitutional" aspect of it, just like Barnes, which that was all I really needed to hear. But after that, he said that the Kiwis need to "present the documentation that proves that this wasn't unconstitutional." So again, complete disregard for the well being of the children, and this would be excusable if this was a person who had no idea about anything going on, and was brought into this immediately on the spot. But this is a man that had extensive communication with Nick over a long period of time. He has to have seen all the signs, and especially, seen/heard all the commentary and remarks regarding the environment his children were in.

That, in my opinion, speaks to him being more concerned about making Nick look better than anything else. He couldn't even give the generic "This looks bad, but this is only the very beginning, so lets wait for more information to come out."

So after that, in the morning, Useful Mistake posts the incident report, confirming what's been said here for many months before then - that there is indeed child neglecting and abuse going on. Andrew sees this, and this man has the balls to say that the Kiwis got the incident report because "he challenged the Kiwis, and we came through." This slimy, weaselly piece of shit tries to manipulate the audience into thinking the site is somehow "doing work" for him because he presented a challenge. Even though we were going to get the report anyway no matter what, no, the site got it because he said to. Makes perfect sense.

The evidence of Nick neglecting and abusing his kids has been present for a long time, and not just whatever Aaron says alone. It's when you connect the dots of everything over the course of many months - things Nick himself said that slipped out (2 hours of sleep after getting wasted was the BIG one for me), lining up and matching up with things Aaron said, Nick's responses to things that are said involving his kids. So this all wasn't enough, it wasn't until it was written on a piece of paper that it's suddenly sufficient for him, and the site "got it for him."

Lastly, if people were removed from the list because they "changed their minds", it allows people to rewrite history. That's bad.

I wonder if Nick knows what happens to child abusers in prison.
"AYO NICKY! LEMME SEE THAT PAPERWORK!"

On one hand, I could see a very real possibility that he becomes somewhat "popular" in prison because he's a "lawyer." Perhaps the inmates might think he could possibly help them out, somehow. That's me being optimistic.

But, I like the possibility of them finding out he's a child abuser, and beating the shit out of him a lot better.

Just a reminder for all the enablers: you might have helped expose a 9yo to copious amounts of cocaine by a couple of drug addicts; she might have ingested some of that too. Cheers!
The cult has the answer.

"SEE? The child did use the cocaine, and Nick probably isn't at fault for that! The child is at fault because they got Nick in trouble!"

It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to make their leader look and sound better. Their loyalty is a cult, and I'm convinced they would do ANY-thing he asked them to. That Xeet saying someone would "let their kids stay with him" tells me they would do anything for him.
