This shit's been going on in California forever now. That state's had rolling blackouts for energy conservation since the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant was shut down. Even before then, when it was at half capacity, we had brownouts and blackouts on the regular due to not having enough generation to supply the grid. I remember that crap from when I was still a resident of that state, so many, many moons ago.

This isn't a 'win' or 'lol' at all, ya twit.
