State vs. Federal charges? It's still silly. Why would they waste time and resources trying to prove that when they already have him on felony drug charges?

IMO the entire 'out to get me' idea goes like this:That's my point. The State of Minnesota doesn't give a shit. But this "The Government is out to get me" idea from Nick just doesn't hold water.
I can only imagine the sort of disgusting interests Barnes has.
This is all funny and everything, but I notice he released this on the 7th. It's only gotten way worse since then.ThePromisedOnePS, the guy from Nick's Locals who makes Youtube streams "just axing questions" has made a new episode of "Destroying The Narrative" on June 7th.
Maybe.I guess everyone has their limit. Goody is totally fine with a guy neglecting his 5 kids, leaving them to go hungry and wear filthy clothes so he can turn their family home into a disgusting sex perverts SALO themed sex dungeon, but turning your 8 year old daughter into a cocaine user is too much even for him.
The simplest explanation is that he's become paranoid from his coke habit and a retard from alcoholism on top of already being a lying narcissist from birth. That's the easiest way to understand his irrational gubberment rants.this "The Government is out to get me" idea from Nick just doesn't hold water.
Is turrets on a bingo card somewhere Aaron or Nick break down and admit My friend and I touc.....He doesn't need to pay taxes, he's got Barnes on his side. It worked for Wesley Snipes, r-right Balldobros?
If you think about it, Aaron was the perfect guy to keep secrets about Nick's homosexuality. Aaron's so caught up in his own masculinity that he's not going to say how he and Nick touched balldos or whatever sick filth they got up to. The only thing more embarassing then being cucked by Nick Rekieta is having sex with Nick Rekieta.
>defends Jack Murphy
>defends Nick Rekieta
>doubles down on defending Nick Rekieta
>failed skeevy Hollywood celebrity lawyer
I can only imagine the sort of disgusting interests Barnes has.
Ahh so colar for axfication phase of this degneracy? For when the coke is not enough and all he has left is pepsi zero.he's wearing 3 rings![]()
I was thinking its simple drug-fueled paranoia.IMO the entire 'out to get me' idea goes like this:
Nick used to be a practicing lawyer.
Nick worked to get his clients off which meant going up against various local authorities.
Optional element 1: He seems to be retroactively recasting his low-yield lolyer work as a libertarian crusade against injustice to get in good with his remaining friends.
Optional element 2: He also had it out with at least one more-respected local attorney, as has been discussed at length in the Montysuit thread.
Nick in particular had disagreements with Judge Pussy Liquor, and had the highly unwise elevator girl talk with her.
Nick then becomes a bigtime streamer and continues to poke the eyes of all levels of government.
To me, this seems to be the basis: an almost purely-local 'conspiracy' against him. I don't think he's suggesting the Feds or even the state have it out for him except in vague nudge nudge wink wink cops at Denny's kind of ways.
If you squint REALLY HARD, until the positive drug test Nick's behavior could be compartmentalized as that of a wannabe rockstar, but surely he was still taking care of his kids and the cops were exaggerating about the state of the crack den to get their drug conviction.Maybe.
I just noticed that he was all like "it's not like the kids were on the coke." Then the emergency placement order dropped, and now he's acting very squirrelly. Even critical.
That seemed to be a limit for quite a few people. I was briefly listening to TUG going over the order, and seemed to be experiencing serious difficulty with it too.
Obligatory: Fuck Nick.
I don't think that Nick understands causality.
First amphetamines, then alcohol, then coke, then the balldo... and now, causality? How many substances is Nick abusing? He understands it, he's just abusing it.
That guy's an idiot. The lizard people have better things to do.Is there gonna be a third video where he passionately arguing that the hair follicle test was fabricated by the lizard people?
What a disingenuous crook. This piece of shit is already trying to rewrite history. Barnes back then: "Kiwi Farmers want to publish the bodycam footage with the kids in it". Barnes now: "I just wanted to warn the Kiwi Farmers about the publishing of the bodycam footage".
I wonder if family can't or won't take the kids. This seems like an obnoxiously long time to find a family placementMy understanding of Rekieta's situation is that the court has not yet considered placing the children with relatives like Bob Rekieta (though he attended the hearing).
Is it typical for CPS? I thought CPS favored putting children with relatives before putting them in the foster system.
It seems to me that it would be a common situation that you have drug addicted fuck up parents, but clean grandparents who want temporary custody.
Why wouldn't CPS have already placed the kids with Bob Rekieta (or other relatives) if Bob was involved with the hearing?

It says CPS must do a "relative search" within 30 days and report to the court the results within 90 days.
This seems like a long time (30 - 90 days) to keep the kids in foster care if extended family is ready and able to take them in.
Does anyone know more about this? Would extended family members have to file a motion if they wanted custody? Is it even possible to get the children placed with extended family right now?
You would hate them the moment they enter the room just like everyone in the movie does. They're dysfunctional druggies that threaten people with knifes and guns for no reason and creep on women.A guy acting like the dude on Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is funny to watch in a movie, and it'd probably be funny IRL for about an hour until the novelty wore off then it would just be irritating as shit.
You are conflating conservative with libertarian. It's quite possible that Nick sees the writing on the wall for his audience and realizes that the only people he has a chance of keeping on his side are the ultra-conservative anti-government types. Just a thought. He might not be totally delusional, he may be doing it on purpose to try to win those people over since he doesn't have a chance of winning anyone else to his side.
It doesn't need to cross state lines to be a federal matter, because it's illegal under federal law (based on the goatseated Commerce Clause). He didn't cross state lines. If the feds wanted to they could find a reason to press federal charges. There is no indication that will happen. Nick isn't some key right wing figure speaking truth to power.
That isn't how it works in small towns and rural counties. Local attorneys aren't viewed as enemies by authorities, at least not on the basis of 'getting clients off'. That just means they're good lawyers and the community (as a whole) likes good lawyers. It's true Rekieta might've pissed off a local judge, but in all probability not enough for her to risk her reputation by conducting a personal vendetta against him. Rekieta's behavior toward cops and judges could certainly poison the well and make locals unkindly disposed against him--more likely, say, to give him a ticket rather than issue a warning. Potential local clients might go with someone else because he's got a shady reputation. Things like that, nothing major.Nick worked to get his clients off which meant going up against various local authorities.
“Well when the American public discovered I’d been filling my daughter with toxic cocaine. I went on the Dick Masterson show and did a Baldo jig. That’s right you need a Baldo jig of your own yes”Nick can fix this entire spectacle with a peanut jig of his own?
Yes. I'm suggesting this is the PR thread and also it's just PR, I don't think the actual defense will go that route. I mean it could, if he's utterly retarded, so it's possible. That isn't how it works in small towns and rural counties. If Rekieta is planning to base his defense on this supposed hick vs fancy pants rich kid attorney conspiracy narrative, then he will almost certainly catastrophically lose.
The caveat here is I'm not a lawyer. I do, however, know a great deal about small towns and rural communities.
Yeah, he's clearly playing for that crowd now. I think he knows he's lost actual conservatives.Only thing he's got left is the ultra-libertarians and crazy people (but I repeat myself). Man-children who are angry we all live in a society, and that society has rules.
Everyone on here says they don't want to see the kids. Josh says he'll review the footage and censor it even if something slips through the state. We're not here for the kids, we're here for the house and (less likely it'll be seen) Balldo throwing the paper."I just wanted to warn the Kiwi Farmers about the publishing of the bodycam footage".
