Hoe gets trashed, goes to a party: She fucks some guy and she's considered raped, drives still trashed and kills a pedestrian, it's manslaughter?

Has anyone else noticed this disconnect here? Especially on US college campus parties everyone gets trashed both men and women. If either decide to drive home still inebriated and are caught simply driving its DUI or if they kill someone it's vehicle manslaughter. If a hoe goes to a party and takes a handful of Xanax and drinks half a bottle of jack Daniels then drags some guy into a bedroom it's rape, even if the guy is trashed himself.

Anyone else ever think about this? I recall years ago they used to bring in a special sexual assault counselor into our heath class to tell us in high school things like "If you are inebriated and your judgement is impaired and find yourself having sex or having had sex he has taken advantage of you and nothing excuses that" In the same breath they wold say "Also, don't go to party where you don't know anyone or go without a girlfriend you know and trust and avoid drinking and taking drugs to excess or dimply don't drink or use drugs "

There seem to be a few examples of this, I knew a guy who hooked up with a girl who was all about rough sex, being tied up and all the things that come with that, they actually met on a personals site for people in kinky sex. They never really dated but were having casual BDSM sex for about 2 years before finally dating officially for about year and even met each others family, spent the holidays with each others family's and such. The relationship soured, the guy dumped the girl and she tried to file charges for sexual battery or rape or something in that area of crime due to their past sexual acts going back years.

I am so fucking glad I don't have date anyone anymore. It seems like a prime example of women refusing to take responsibility and being treated like perpetual victims and naive vulnerable people for acting like unrepentant hoes. 3rd Wave feminism has ruined so many lives, both men and women. I've met so many women and still meet so many women who are friends of my wife who have this passionate idea of being on a 3rd date in someones home and being picked up carried to the bedroom, tossed on bed and having a an aggressive man take charge in a sexual context. Now to me that sounds like what I've been told is rape but they still lust over the idea enough to say out out loud and express they have similar fantasies with their friends. Feminism has been a sad joke ever since women were given the same rights as men, it should ceased to need to exist for anyone's benefit at this point. I will say this: the transgender factor throws a wrench into the feminism exploitation nicely. If women are vulnerable and oppressed and therefore he default victim even in situations they were responsible for creating and all the grey and unclear situations as well, what if there is a more marginalized gender more prone to being raped, murdered and taken advantage of? (mainly due to trannys choosing careers being literal prostitutes and lying about their real gender leading to violent confrontations when discovered but, that is besides the point) I'd imagine somewhere some sex crime detective interviews the complainant woman accusing someone of rape or similar acts. She says so and so raped her they knew she was drunk and high and had sex with them anyway and even though she failed to verbally state she did not want this, that does not negate the fact she never verbally denied consent as she could not consent. Then he brings in the alleged offending party in for an interview at the police station, a man who has fully functioning male penis but identifies as a woman, goes on to say he was also drunk/high as much or even more. I can only imagine some 40-50 year old boomer detective taking this file over to the DA scratching his head how the fuck to even handle this and the DA also wondering how to handle this without pissing off feminist advocates or trans advocates as the first consideration and the second considering if any crime or immoral act has taken place.

Dating has become this horrible thing, it used to just be awkward and worst case scenario you blew a hundred bucks on a dinner for some hoe who never considered you boyfriend material. In the last 25 years they rules have changed regarding consent and are even getting worse. Speaking of consent some tranny with a face filter pretending to be a woman decides thanks to be people like Keffals they don't need to disclose they had a dick and balls or even used to have them.

Yeah, I have noticed that.

If you drink and drive it's considered your own actions, even if friends convince you it's alright. If you drink and have sex somehow it's considered rape. Any "whataboutisms" like "I was drugged", "I was walking home and someone jumped me", and "My date tied me to a bed and had his way with me", already have existing laws to persecute.

This is why you don't stick your dick in crazy.

Any time I've had sex with a woman I made sure there was zero possibility of the woman being able to falsely accuse me of rape afterward. I accomplished this by raping them. This has had a 100% success rate, not a single woman has ever been able to falsely accuse me.

this is not new or recent. feminists have been pushing for this for decades now.
this old meme for example, it was originally posted at some college campus back in 2008. that's 16 years ago.

this stuff is so deeply ingrained by now, the only way it's ever going away again is through the complete destruction of feminism as an ideology.

There's no inherent disconnect, the reason they don't charge you with murder for a DUI death under most circumstances is because alcohol (especially) impairs your ability to make judgements and consider the impact of decisions, so the elements required for a murder charge aren't present.

False accusations for crimes should be severely punished with a comparable sentence to the alleged crime in all cases, as should perjury. So if you falsely accuse someone of rape or lie under oath, and the sentence is 7 years, you're going to prison for 7 years. If it's capital murder, you are in for life or will be executed. No ifs, ands or buts.

they don't charge murder because one of the requirements for murder is intent to kill, and that is not present in accidents, regardless of whether the perp was drunk or sober.

Correct as long as there is no evidence of that intent. The main exception is repeat offenses in certain states. If you DUI and kill someone, you will be charged with second degree murder because it shows you met all of the attributes required that crime by signing the required legal attestation about the consequences of drunk driving.

Why this is not the standard nationwide I can't say.

What's sex while impaired then? Rapeslaughter?
That's the problem, there isn't really one. At least not one prosecutors will plead down to that doesn't carry sex offender registration and reporting requirements.

Mostly because if you were to ask the average person if anybody committed a crime in this kind of situation the answer is "no". I'd agree with that, unless there is strong evidence one party intended to do this prior to getting drunk or high in order to sexually assault the other, the presumption in my mind is neither could fully consent and so there is no crime.
