This is just what I could come up with in a matter of seconds. Sam is the ultimate example of the lame baby boomer that Yaba loves to make fun of.

She appears to have a tiny nose ring, but it's almost invisible due to the Chantal-tier blurring and filters. She's also got the characteristic fatty-fat-fat tiny mouth in a great big face, and the area between her chin(s) and neck is blurred to all hell and fuzzy.
