Even better still, the first initial campaign for Vaedo almost a whole ass year ago yielded only 71k. On his mainline book. selling to only 1.2k it's not until now, a whole ass year later, that it's finally broken the 100k threshold, on his mainline comic. That isn't finished... And probably won't be out till later this year AT best.
While Eric beat that out on day one, on his fourth book, which is a side character's first full appearance. Meaning if this doesn't sell to Eric's liking, he can just stop this run immediately, and use him sparingly in the main story. Also, they will more than likely get the thing when Eric says they will get it in a few months or so.
So where exactly is the burn? Oh, right, like I said: "it didn't make ten Rippillion dollars on day one ACK ACK ACK!!!"
