With their 9 y/o testing positive for cocaine I expect felony child endangerment charges (not a misdemeanor) to be filed. When/if this happens, wouldn't their bail get revoked? How likely it is that two of them get thrown back in jail to wait for a trial? Would DA upgrade previous misdemeanor charge or add felony on top while keeping both?

I'm putting out an Islamic fatwa out on you
He'll just add it to the pile. Pretty sure @Dyn has been excommunicated by no less then three Christian denominations, one of which was done by the Pope himself in Saint Peter's. Add to that the Black Hebrew Israelites AND the Nation of Islam putting a blood marker out on him, and of course we cannot forget that Shinto curse which was made by a particularly irate shrine Maiden.

No I paid the Nation back their fifteen box cigarettes and we're cool now.

I don't see how upgrading it to a felony appreciably increases flight risk, so probably not. The purpose of bail isn't to punish, but to ensure appearance at trial, and bail is already granted. It's more likely they raise it or revoke it if Nick the fuckhead gets pulled over drunk or gets caught with more cocaine.

So it really is just a matter of time.

Even in my short time watching this it is clear Rekeita is the kind of person to do the opposite of something just to spite people. If he is told to get clean and stop using he is absolutely the kind of person to "secretly" do it purely out of said spite.

He's the sort to do it utterly blatantly and on stream. That's the level of full retard he's operating on. Maybe he won't be cutting up lines and snorting them on stream, but he's seething and coming to a boil and I think we can expect some hilarious shit in the near future from this dumb motherfucker.

Both of these are pretty funny given his hot mic accident only hours later. I'll see if his thread has another 100 pages tomorrow morning.

I swear that this fucker has more pigs watching his shows now than the hog caller and the Minnesota state fair.

Even the officers not assigned to monitor what the fuck he’s going to incriminate himself in next would tune in.

I bet we overhear his livestream on candy county cop radio before this is over.

He certainly screwed himself over numerous times. Now it is only fair that he pay for what he did.

If Nick goes full balldo and refuses a plea bargain etc and demands trial by combat a trial. How long after the omnibus hearing would the trial likely take place? Months, years?

I thought any new charges can cause his bail to be revoked. I would assume new felony charge has more potential than new traffic charge. That's why I asked would DA upgrade child neglect or bring new charge. If upgrade wouldn't mess him up, wouldn't new felony child endangerment charge mess him up or it doesn't matter because it happened before they were arrested.

Some things are indisputable whether we like it, or not:

1. He will be given a plea deal that is reasonable and to his benefit to take. He does not have a criminal record so he will be offered a gracious exit from all this.
2. His comments on "Government trying to silence me" is obviously something even he doesn't believe, but if any of his followers buy it, then he knows he has a good supply of idiots to provide donations and fight his public PR war on his behalf for him, and possibly to put their necks out to discover where information is coming from.
3. His call to "Don't fight my fight for me, it's my fight" is exactly designed to get idiots to fight his war for him. He has such idiots in his orbit who are this deluded, so his argument the evil state has taken his children from him (rather than him losing them), becomes a powerful rallying cry. Kayla becomes an plotting enemy, as does Aaron, April, the Church, the Judge, the Police and Biden.
4. His Lawyer told him not even to say as much as he has on his recent social accounts and streams, but he is saying it anyways, which means he is using his lawyer as a tool to fight this his way, rather than listen to his lawyer.
5. If he goes to trial and is found guilty, the sentencing will be always more harsh than the plea deal.
6. He knows he can not win at a trial with the evidence that is known, so his only option is to invalidate the search warrants or find technical fault with the discovery, witnesses or witness tamper. Point #2 & #3 are probably designed to accomplish or assist in this.
7. Like all narcissistic cases, if avoiding a conviction will mean the requirement of sacrificing, estranging or losing his children, wife or friends to accomplish this, they are all acceptable levels of loss.

The dangers of being on social media and fighting something like this, as has happened with some persons is that repeated enough times, immersed in the created fantasy for his audience is that sometimes, they actually start to believe it themselves as dots are connected that aren't there, and as "possible events" become considered "probably actually happened" the lie takes on a life of it's own as his loyal followers start to feed-back "information" or ideas that are just as demented and the circle becomes self-sustaining.

This is how self-delusion can take foot and become his reality. Today he is a criminal, in 6 months he might actually be full-blown paranoid delusional case who actually believes this shit. It is cognitive quick-sand, it is dangerous and he is venturing into it with arrogance.

You're talking like Nick isn't halfway there already. Nobody buys Nick's bullshit more than Nick. The man shower called texted Null during the half hour his thread was locked to thank him for picking up the broom. He has streamed himself saying a state investigator lied to a judge and in her report while facing felony charges related to that investigation. Nick already believes his own bullshit. Some of it, most of it, all of it? Who exactly knows. He isn't some Machiavellian strategist moving chess pieces. He's a paranoid narc with a drug addiction who overestimates his own intelligence.
