Dr. Disrespect permanently banned from Twitch - Turns out he was a groomer

Let’s break this down to Ockham’s razor. The two options are

“A Twitch staff member decided to read his private DMs and deduced the fact that he was knowingly talking to an underaged individual sexually. And the crimes did not warrant contacting the police”.

Or

“Amazon decided to arbitrarily ban someone because they disliked his politics and/or his comedic approach”

Idk. Maybe I’m a fucking idiot, but I’ve known way more people who’ve been banned for being edgy boys than being pedos.

The non-denial shifts the equation a bit.

On the one hand, The Doc isn't the Two-Timer without a reason...
On the other, they hate him for not kowtowing to tranny cock and nigger worship and absolutely loathing journos....

I dunno who to believe... my heart says the Doc, but...

God-fucking-damnit. He's a fucking Mexican/Arab with his taste in women.
Fucking pedo. Never again.

Add in that publicly admitting how you found out means admitting that Twitch staff read and share your DMs.

I've never watched his content, so I can't say I'm surprised that another content creator was outed as a possible pedophile.

I'm not sure who Zachary Diaz is, but appears to have some previous relationship with Twitch.

His fans in the replies point to the "no wrongdoing" part as if it means he's innocent but it just makes it sound like he's saying "I got away with it and got paid for it"
The thing is that part isn't denying the sexting happened just that Twitch decided he wasn't in the wrong for doing it... which honestly isn't a good look for both parties, What the fuck Twitch?

It makes perfect sense, he was doing it, Twitch doesn't want to admit they were reading the DMs. So they both agree to shut up about it and walk away (Dr still gets paid and acknowledged no wrong doing on Twitch's part). Everyone is happy but the public.

I guess they call him Dr Disrepect because he's the two time back to back champion of disrespecting his marriage.

Finding pretexts to get rid of someone they either A) Don't Like, B) Has an over inflated contract that they want to get out of, or C) Has presumed politics they want to can, is not a shocker.

Let's say he did message a presumed under age fan to meet at TwitchCon. Simply meeting a fan a convention is not a crime. I mean, did he say, "hey, let's meet up in my bedroom?" Was their more explicit sexual texts in the mix? Evidently none of the text were enough to warrant notifying the police. And perhaps could be read either way. Or "I was just messaging in character."

Or maybe it was one of these adult groups who like to pretend they are underage girls to try and entrap adults who might bite. And thus it never went anywhere because A) Most of these groups don't really know what they are doing and over estimate their evidence B) There were never any minors involved.

The drama would be enough to scare Twitch management into canning him. And that was all the sting group ever really wanted.

On the flip side, plenty of e-celebrities have made many bone headed decisions.

I imagine Dr Disrespect will put an official statement eventually on this with his full response?

@Kirtto I expect any official statement will boil down to "due to the settlement we are prohibited from discussing this issue" with lots of extra lawyer language to obfuscate that this is all they can say on the matter. The majority of people will feel like they said something, when they have not.
I mean I imagine he will want to have at least something to counter the claims regardless of the legal risk considering how serious they are tbh

I'm calling bullshit on this. Unless this faggot has UNDEINABLE PROOF besides, "I heard a thing from someone", I'm just going to ignore it. If you're accusing someone of a crime like this, you damn sure better have your shit together, because this is a thing that can definitely come back to bite you if it's verified as "incorrect" and labels you as a fucking liar. The fact that so many of you here are quick to believe the allegations without waiting for further proof besides, "TRUST ME BRO" is quite sad. Innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply in today's world, I guess. You mean to tell me not ANY of you finds these new allegations sus as fuck?

This seems far more likely, and the timing of these "allegations" just means that someone's attempting to further ruin Doc's reputation. The fact that so many are readily accepting the "just trust me bro" because of something someone heard somewhere on the internet without actually looking into it is beginning to piss me off.

When I was at school a guy was accused of having sex with a cat. We knew it was a lie. We knew who made up this lie. This didn’t stop the story following this guy around for YEARS after people who heard it secondhand passed it onto new people.

I think of this when I hear stories about ANYONE without any prima facia evidence.

The moral of this story is me and my friends were fucking pricks.

The guy did end up in prison at one stage but that was for regular violence and no cats were hurt.
Above is me cross posting from the Twitch thread and explains why I think it’s bullshit.

Lawyers please respond, this should be some pretty good grounds for a defamation suit against this individual provided it's not true right?
Yes, if this was indeed analysed during his lawsuit against Twitch and found by the court to be a lie as he is claiming and it was what probably happened since twitch payed him. He will then be able to sue the guy for defamation along with any others who made this claim, particularly as they have no evidence but hearsay.

I hope he has already contact his lawyers for that

Judging on how his responses are worded lawyers are drafting his tweets.
