Yes, Styx has had a kid for a while now. There was heavy speculation that Styx and Liz got a divorce since he was back in Vermont, but he still refers to her as his wife.
If I were to speculate, they have some kind of arrangement with regards to Styx moving back and forth more frequently between his garden in Vermont and the Netherlands.
Despite all the scuttlebutt about drug dealers cucking Styx, I'm wondering if that was the problem from the get go. Up until he left Vermont when they got married Styx was actively discussing plans for his garden and it was assumed he was going to be moving back and forth more often. Covid hits, he gets stuck in the Netherlands, Liz decides she likes her home country more than Vermont and wants him to stay there 100% despite his desire to live on both continents.
She then does the woman thing of passively preventing him from leaving or just not discussing the conflict until we get the Styx blow up and he flees back to his now in shambles garden to pick up the pieces.

If they move to USA he can use family courts to prevent her to leave with the kid. Number one advice to women with foreign partners is to never move in with them in their own home country especially if they can live where you are. You leave behind family, support structure and a job. And it gives a lot of power of the abuser ( if he is one) because every western country would rather have the kid in forster care than let it leave the country. It gives way too much power to styx in terms of custody where you can influence the outcome with money and good lawyers, nothing prevents him to move out in the boonies nearby . i am fairly aware and in other european countries too and then they wander why women wont have kids. Often custody rights are used as a barganing chip in usa to make the mom not ask for money from the dad . Messing with the water supply, and prank calls ordering pizza were rejected for this but mentioned for this revenge movement. I mean its full on salt mode, and he isn't showing in your face signs of racism, just half baked ideological stereotypes with the millennial slackerism mindset.
