I believe his drug possession charge alone carries a max sentence of 25 years.

If he is found guilty on all counts and has to serve two-thirds of his sentence before parole eligibility, he would be around 60 before getting out.

It was about a thousand or so pages ago, but somebody posted Minnesota's sentencing guidelines for drug offences.
It's highly unlikely for a first-time offender like Nick to do any jail time, even for second degree possession.
He'll be required to go into rehab and keep his nose clean for about five years.
For somebody like Nick, this is basically a death sentence.
