"Child molester" and Michael Jackson became permanently stuck together in the public eye because a failed musician wanted to ride the coattails of a close family friend to stardom. People who throw around rape/pedophile accusations to hurt or extort others are almost as vile as the people who commit those acts themselves. They have no respect for the gravity of those actions and how much they damage a victim. They also have no respect for the absolute vitriol society has for anyone they believe is a pedophile, guilty or not. People have taken their lives over false allegations because life as a "known pedophile" is worse than death.
Even when accusations are proven false, they've already become part of your reputation. They'll still show up in Google searches. It's like how you can never really look at an actor the same way after they've played a pedophile in a movie. It's just a role they were cast in, but the stench lingers.

This is Nickmercs, a Call of Duty streamer. He was recently involved in 'controversy' when he said "Trans people are not real" (Based if you ask me). Guess who was constantly tweeting about it and even now mentions him, due to his relationship to Dr Disrespect, no other then yahhh boooy Tipster.
Could this video be the reason why he constantly mentions him now?

The circles are some pretty rudimentary exercise goals that apple tracks automatically through the watch. The red ring counts calories theoretically burned by movement, the green ring counts exercise, and the blue ring counts standing. It does this through heart rate and other measures that are easy to measure over the skin. This can function as decent motivation to become more active and can alert you if you’re exceptionally sedentary. However, I don’t really think it’s a good way to get in shape if you have large exercise goals, such as losing a ton of weight in tipster’s case. It also doesn’t track dieting at all, though many apps exist that can function as good journals. A bit of a side note: you can set those rings to whatever goal you think is reasonable. It’s possible that Tipster has set a more intense exercise goal for himself (lmao) or perhaps an easier one. The challenge is not very rigorous by default.

I'm registering my guess as to what happened based on the evidence available. Not highly confident in it, but I do think it best explains what happened.
Here are the facts:
- Clout-goblin ex-Twitch guy makes the claim the Dr. Disrespect had inappropriately texted a minor and was planning to meetup with her leading up to a convention.
- Dr responds on Twitter with legalese stating "no wrongdoing was acknowledged".
- Twitch has kept the reason for his ban for wraps for 3 years and has not confirmed anything.
- Twitch paid out the rest of Dr's contract.
- Dr on stream seems sad about the current events. Not indignant or angry. Not firmly denying things.
Here's my theory:
Dr Disrespect did in fact message an underage girl leading up to a convention in an inappropriate way. However, he was not aware that she was underage at the time. Twitch on the other hand, was aware that she was underage because of user data. The victim does not want to press charges against Dr. Disrespect and does not think he did something wrong (or at least thinks it wasn't bad enough that he should be legally in trouble for it).
This theory explains a few weird parts of the public details that are available. Why would Twitch not report this to the police and why was Dr not brought up on charges? If the victim would not cooperate, this would make prosecution hard. Even though adults have a duty to not communicate in sexual ways with minors, and if he was prosecuted there was a chance he would be found guilty, it would still be difficult.
Twitch however had to do something, they couldn't keep Dr around on Twitch because of the potential public backlash if it came out that one of their biggest streamers was talking with a minor on their platform. So they banned him and agreed (after negotiations) to pay out his full contract. They also probably knew that if it came out they were actively spying on user communications (something I think people have not focused on enough) they would look really bad.
Dr. Disrespect knows he did something wrong. Not "fucked a 10 year old" level of wrong but "you definitely shouldn't have been talking to your fans sexually especially when you also had a cheating scandal and holy fuck it's also a minor" level of wrong. This is why he isn't aggressively denying the claims. He knows the claims are true, but also not in the way that the attention whores who are reporting it are saying. I wouldn't be too surprised if this caused him to quit streaming for good.
I don't care about this guy at all, I'm completely indifferent to his guilt. I've just been thinking about it and how the public details don't completely add up in terms of what's being reported and how people have acted and are acting. This is the story that makes the most sense to me. It should be said that I'm not trying to argue what he did wasn't wrong, adults have a legal and moral responsibility to not talk sexually to minors, even if it happens on accident. I'm just looking to understand what happened, and I think this story fits the best with what we know.

Yeah, the Dr Disrespect stuff is officially in the "very fucking weird" category with his refusal to directly confront the allegations, but that doesn't make Tipster a righteous man. In fact, I don't give a fuck if it turns out he's guilty as hell, it doesn't erase the clear evidence of pedophilia he's blatantly ignored to defend his internet fwiends.

You're definately describing the least worst option it could be at this point, at least in my mind. The issue is if he's sexting this many fans to the point a mistake like this was made, how many other mistakes were made and how far did it get? Maybe he didn't do anything to get time in prison, but in that scenario he's definately earned himself a sentence of "get the fuck off the internet".
