Hell, I'll go one better. I'll give Drexel credit for expressing a strong anti-drug stance, and apparently sticking by it. He hasn't said thing one in defense of Nick. At least not publicly. I'm actually surprised.
Say what you want about Drexel's principles, but I guess he has them, he's honest about them, and he stands by them.
You can't say that about Nick.
I'm down to 50% anime. I keep this avatar in tribute of Claire and call it "The End of Weebwars." It's very fitting given my history on the site.
My plan is if he goes to prison, I'll switch it out for his intake photo. Then I'll be anime free. Fingers crossed.

He's a defense attorney. Nobody is keeping a win vs losses score on him. He gets paid either way. He has a wealthy client with attachable assets who digs himself constantly deeper. Every time Nick opens his mouth he pays for another semester of his lawyers kids college fund. Or a new Porsche. His lawyers not going to withdraw until the checks start bouncing.

It's not just what all is said there, it was the experience of me reading it all for the first time. So way back in 2020-2021, I liked him as his views seemed to align with mine at the time, and he struck me as someone who knew what he was talking about when it came to dating, and I thought "yeah, he probably gets laid by married women and stuff all the time."
Fast forward much later and I find that he has a thread, and every single thing I thought I knew about him was dis-proven in the funniest way possible.
One page, "Oh, so he can only get really disgusting old fat women." Laughing fit on my end.
Another page, "Oh, he's one of those guys that takes creep shots of women instead of talking to them." Laughs again.
Later, "He's a troon chaser too?!" LMFAO
Another page, "Baby mama reveal, and she's really disgusting." More laughing.

I only like two animes, and they're both long done, so I know nothing about the one depicted in your pfp unfortunately, but every single time I see your pfp, I always imagine Kip Dynamite looking at Nick's ass bottle. I have no idea why, I just do.
I'm no lawyer, but I have seen actual practicing lawyers on YT (who just use YT as commercials for their firm) say that when your attorney withdraws, it's often harder to get a second one because the second lawyer will wonder why the previous one pulled out, and may want to get that information from you.
So if Nick's lawyer pulls out, he's probably fucked in terms of getting another one, at least one that's good and not going to try and take you to the cleaners.

I would bet any amount of money the hair follicle test was positive, which is why he won't release the results to the CPS, and he's been doing urine tests since then which may be clean if he's stopped using. It only takes like 3-4 days to piss clean from cocaine. A lot of users who have to be tested regularly with urine just figure out how to time their use so they don't get caught.
If he wanted to prove he wasn't doing any of the cocaine found in his house he should show the hair test. The urine tests since then don't mean much.

The most common reason for a Criminal Defense Attorney to request to withdraw is due to credibke threats of violence from their idiot client or clients family.
Granted this is probably a non issue as I can't see any threats of violence from Baldo being credible.

Thats the only way he gets out of it, and theres absolutely no reason not to show those receipts immediately.
