• The computer that was sent to Jay was originally meant for DSP. RTU had allegedly loaded it with backdoors and keyloggers to fuck with Phil. It also contained a lot of personal files of RTU including the dropbox that synced automatically. Because RTU was too much of a retard to wipe it
• There was also something "disgusting" in the same folder that contained the bikini pics of the ex's kids that they are holding back. Also blacked porn. All this implying it was his porn folder.
• RTU also fucked with Jay in various ways using the backdoors. Including his Paypal, Youtube and Discord.
• The "win" RTU announced was supposed to be that he controls Jay's streams.
• The whole Dropbox saga was done by RTU logging into Dropbox on Jay's computer in panic to try to frame him after he realized Jay had access to the folder.
• The computer is no longer connected to the internet or plugged in so it could be forensically investigated.

I’m not very tech literate nowadays but is there any way Jay could actually turn on that PC again and comb through it in order to get all the details and info on Dickers’ misdeeds and degeneracy? EDIT: without granting Dickers access and the ability to start wiping and deleting everything off the computer that incriminates him.

I know ultimately, morally+legally it should be a job for the police (the feds?) since backdoors, keyloggers, and that kind of fuckery is in the realm of “computer crimes” but I was just curious since I heard about it on KC last night.

I remember I stumbled on his channel years ago and was checking out the most viewed vids, a bunch of them were of him describing bad dates or something. It was all him talking like some Don Juan about dating a bunch of women and how they were all crazy or whatever.

Best thing to do would be to boot into a live disk environment and produce an image of the drive. You could then launch that into a VM without network access, explore for services that try to connect to the internet and ascertain if they're trying to phone home to a service Dickers could use to get control of it., If you can disable them it would prevent him from gaining access to the computer. As for stuff like Dropbox, Dickers could just log into the account and tell it to remove the device from the account. I think Dropbox would try to remove the files from the computer if it connected to the internet and the service was enabled, but it may just drop syncing. Either way - if you image the disk, you've got everything that's there.

Depending on the OS version you could also use something called ShadowExplorer that will let you browse volume shadow copies, something Windows does from Vista onward, that saves a copy of a file before writing to it. I used to use this to recover documents and photos for boomers who got ransomware.

Sure, just don't plug in the ethernet cable. Rich can't do anything to the PC if it isn't on the Internet.

I'd start by looking through the Event Viewer logs at times when he was having problems.
