Actually I'm seeing quite a few Democrats and people I thought of as SJW on some other sites taking a step back and saying that yes, they lost because they wrote-off whites as evil oppressors (among other reasons). They're even admitting that middle-class whites have legitimate grievances and that the deplorables comment was a dumb move. So I'm not ready to say the left will learn nothing from this just yet.
