Hate to be autistic and burst the bubble but that's not the exact ring. There is no way to 'find the exact' listing for the ring Sam has as it's been plucked off the assembly line and stamped with a logo (or not), purely because this is a mass produced design with several variations. Factory style. When I say that, I mean every store has one, every brand has one, just like this. You can see the wommart ring has about a 1mm offset of space between the halo and the 'center stone'' (which is actually a cluster of smaller diamonds, most likely of 1/5 carat or less). Also note the wommart ring only has one twist in the band with an open space of a mm or 2 between them. Sam's band does not have this space.

It's easier and more accurate for a jeweler to look at that picture and estimate the cost of the ring based on various metals, choice of stones (diamond vs lab vs moissanite vs white sapphire vs CZ vs the white topaz NAL has in her opal ring), karatage of the metals, etc. Hate to take the magic out of it but everyone's selling the same shit, and that gets you in the door, so they can try to sell you an actual custom designed ring, which offers a higher profit margin, if you have the money and the taste.

What I WILL say, as it's most relevant to the times, is that Jewelers in the industry will never buy back your lab created diamonds, ever. Unless you're getting a refund, that item does not hold it's retail value. To most fine jewelers, lab created diamonds are best suited for fashion jewelry. Because they have NO scarcity; they do not have what is considered to make a diamond special - its rarity. And the pawn and bullion shops will only give you the WHOLESALE VALUE of the metal.

All of this to say: Traditionally the wedding ring would be something one could part with to recover money from a failed engagement etc, but if you choose something fake or lab created, expect this to never be a useful financial bartering token.

TL;DR: Not the same ring but the wholesale material cost of Sam's ring very well could be $300 USD lol

Except diamonds are neither special nor rare. Certain colours are more rare, but, DeBeers has fooled the world to think that diamonds are rare, etc, which is how they can charge the prices they do. Most recently: chocolate and black diamonds. Dirty brown chunks of crystalized graphite that previously were tossed on the industrial pile to be used in tools, sandpapers, grit, etc. But some marketing genius found a way for them to make a huge profit on those things they used to toss out.
