Random person in the Hotel Vagina Discord posted it several months ago with no context. He's in the Rock Springs apartment, so it was likely taken sometime in late 2022. Looks like a screenshot from one of his group video calls. Exposing himself was something he regularly did during those, apparently. I posted a video earlier of him flashing his balls during one.

It's clear from posts he's made on his new Twitter and Instagram that Stamper has already moved back to Phoenix like he said he intended to in that big Patreon post, and I want to note that his warrants there are still active and the statuses of his court cases haven't changed since I last mentioned them. You can still view them by searching his name at https://ecourt.mesaaz.gov/. I said earlier that his charges (2 trespassing and 1 false reporting misdemeanors) might be too minor to be worth an extradition, so I was unsure if he would ever have to deal with them since he had left Arizona. If he's back in Arizona, however, this obviously isn't a problem anymore. Maybe it was a factor in his decision to return to Phoenix that he intends to handle these legal issues like an adult and get them cleared up by whatever means necessary per his apparent current desire to somewhat turn his shit around If that's not the case and he's planning to just try his best to not get arrested again during his time there, this might end in a Dumbass Moment™ where he gets arrested anyways and ends up facing prosecution for that stuff when he (apparently, possibly) could have avoided it by simply staying out of AZ.
