3. Walk over to the next Narcotics Anonymous meeting (does that even help for someone who has zero will power, drive or ambition to quit drugs?)
4. Call the 911 and report himself to the police for being addicted to crack and that he cannot stop himself. Get himself put in the slammer, maybe see if the defense attorney or the judge can sort out any kind of drug rehab program.
5. Are there any kind of county resources for this crack addict?
6. Rat out his crack dealer online so that no one will ever sell to him again.
