Dr. Disrespect permanently banned from Twitch - Turns out he was a groomer

Sounds about right. Honestly, I think Doc is just burnt out and we'd have naturally seen him fuck off into the sunset with his money, but this allegation shit throws a wrench in a lot of it. Especially if the lot of it turns out to be bullshit. Doc was losing steam as it is, and as much as I like the man as an entertainer, he's had his time in the sun. He has enough of a revenue stream to where he can retire in peace (if he's made some smart investments that is), but like I said this thing just threw that plan out of whack. I HOPE the lot of it is bullshit (or at the very least overblown), but until Doc is in court with actual physical evidence used against him, it all boils down to people who hate him want to see him and his family ruined.
He was probably planning to announce retirement within the next 12 - 24 months and now is wondering if he should just quit now, which would spare him a lot of BS but also means his streaming career goes out on a sour note.

If I was completely innocent, and a random Twitch faggot's tweet nuked 4 years of work building back, I would quit in disgust too.

I don't know whether the allegations are true or false. I do know they were delivered in the stupidest way by a worthless clout chasing wannabe janny, and it was immediately spread and accepted as true. No sane person would stake their livelihood on that environment. DDR in the clip starts out saying he's fatigued by social media, which makes me think it's the rumor mill and uncritical cancellation that got to him.
Yeah agreed his words don't scream guilt to me.

I got no love for Dr.Disrespect, the guy has admitted to cheating on his wife in the past and it wouldn't surprise me if he was sexting his fans on the Twitch messaging system. Seems like the type of guy that would use his notoriety to get his dick wet.

I doubt that he'd be intentionally doing that with underage girls (still possible but pics of convo or it didn't happen), but for fucks' sake Twitch needs to be held accountable for how many teenagers they've fucked up. Women doing softcore porn streams? They allowed it. Onlyfans links in bio? They allowed it. And now I guess teenagers are sexting adults and they only care about that if people find out. In Doc's case, it sounds like this Twitch employee is just a particularly retarded dipshit and ran his mouth about a case that the company settled, though it's not as if they got geniuses working there. Lest we forget that abominable tranny deer larper that became some kind of social ambassador hire. If any good can come from this, Twitch gets hit hard from the backlash. Maybe even torn apart, but I can only have so much hope.

Can't blame Doc for wanting to leave streaming behind either. Streaming used to be pretty chill until it got swarmed with freaks and losers and I mean that regarding both streamers and their audience. I've seen some where it's three people donating constantly like they're competing to be the most annoying fuckwad on the planet. Imagine putting up with that all the time.
This is kind of what activates my almond... if he was using his fame to get some pootang, why haven't we heard about it before? And especially now? This would be the time for scorned side-pieces to come out of the woodwork. Where are they? If Doc got slapped for trying to meet up with a minor, was this truly the first and last time? The odds of that are quite low. Makes me think more and more that Doc was not trying to meet up for sex and instead was planning an innocuous meetup with a minor that Twitch interpreted poorly. Or he was making raunchy in-character jokes with a minor, something like that.

Destiny didn't know about why the Doc got banned back in 2020.

Destiny also claimed that Slasher was full of shit back in 2020.

In 2024, Destiny says now that magically in 2023 he was told a rumor about Doc's ban and says that he has been told second hand by people with first hand knowledge.

Slasher has interviewed Destiny before.

In conclusion: Slasher used Cody as a source to report about the Doc's ban and then spread that story to his associates (i.e. Destiny). Slasher using Cody as a source represents a massive conflict of interest (they are friends for multiple years) and knowing Cody's history of trying to use the info of Doc's ban to sell concert tickets doesn't look good.

THE TWITCH BAN

Hello, I'd like to make a quick statement..

Lets cut the fucking bullshit, as you know there's no filter with me. I've always been up front and real with you guys on anything that I can be up front about, and I'm always willing to accept responsibility... which is why I'm here now.

First and foremost I do want to apologize to everyone in my community as well as those close to me, my team, and everyone at Midnight Society Game Studio.

A lot of people have been left in the dark about what happened yesterday with midnight society and I, and we made the painful decision collectively, to have me step down. Our team is full of incredibly talented and good people that have high career ambitions and families and i'd never want jeopardize the culture we have carefully crafted.

Everyone has been wanting to know why I was banned from twitch, but for reasons outside of my control, I was not allowed to say anything for the last several years. Now that two former twitch employees have publicly disclosed the accusations, I can now tell you my side of the story regarding the ban.

Were there twitch whisper messages with an individual back in 2017? The answer is yes. Were there real intentions behind these messages, the answer is absolutely not. These were casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate, but nothing more. Nothing illegal happened, no pictures were shared, no crimes were committed, I never even met the individual. I went through a lengthy arbitration regarding a civil dispute with twitch and that case was resolved by a settlement. Let me be clear, it was not a criminal case against me and no criminal charges have ever been brought against me.

Now, from a moral standpoint I'll absolutely take responsibility. I should have never entertained these conversations to begin with. That's on me. That's on me as an adult, a husband and a father. It should have never happened. I get it. I’m not perfect and I’ll fucking own my shit. This was stupid.

Now, with all this said, don't get it fucking mistaken, I’ve seen all the remarks and labels being throw around so loosely. Social media is a destruction zone. I'm no fucking predator or pedophile. Are you kidding me? Anyone that truely knows me fucking knows where I stand on those things with those types of people. Fuck that. That's a different level of disgust that I fucking hate even hearing about. Don't be labeling me as the worst of the worst with your exaggerations. Get the fuck outta here with that shit.

But I think I've said what I needed to say regarding the ban itself. That's it. That's why twitch made the decision in 2020.

To my team, community, industry friends that have supported me, I apologize, I wish I could've said all this sooner. You guys have always showed me and my family love and support throughout all these years we love you guys like you can't imagine. I have the fucking best community and circle. If any of this has made you uncomfortable, I get it. You don't have to support me anymore but just know you have always been greatly appreciated.

But trust me when I say this...to all my haters that live and breath social media with zero real life experience, I don't give a fuck about you.

Finally, if you're uncomfortable with this entire statement and think I'm a piece of shit, that's fine. But I'm not fucking going anywhere. I’m not the same guy that made this mistake all those years ago. I'm taking an extended vacation with my family as mentioned on stream and I'm coming back with a heavy weight off my shoulders.

They want me to disappear... yeah fucking right.

So what he's saying is he was talking to someone who was underage about meeting up at their house because they were selling it?

Odd that he doesn’t use any type of language that would hint at the person’s age, like girl or woman. Just uses “individual” instead.

That's a lot of words just to say "i did it but i wasn't GONNA do anything."

It does lowkey sound like something one of the dudes on To Catch A Predator would say when Chris Hansen busts them.

Apparently, the original tweet referred to the individual as a minor, but was edited out.

minor note most likely a caught-in 4k, close to NDA iccurus-underage user rules.
yes, he talked 17 years old & asked Twitch to confirm age before lewd.
Null rule always applies stop having sites cater to those under 18. ( wink ,wink your 18 right?) & expecting nothing to happen. (youtube, porn hub, twitch, twitter, facebook, Snapchat, myspace, discord,4chan..)
