I think something you should take into consideration is the fact that according to the sentencing guidelines with his current charges, Nick is going to receive a 48 month sentence all suspended.

Someone with access to information we do not possess (assuming the "I just got it off a terminal in Minnesota" is BS) who is local(ish) to Nick's area (potentially within the investigation itself), has access to information about Nick that reveals things they do not like, and has decided that no matter what happens in regards to a criminal trial (which seems likely since Nick sounds like he wants to fight it to the bitter end), Nick's going to have his reputation torn to shreds, because 48 months suspended isn't enough for them (because it isn't, and I don't think most people here believe he shouldn't face at least some time in an actual prison).

Incredibly horrifying information about Nick that happens to be revealed an hour after he announces his return to streaming but before he actually streams seems like an incredible coincidence...unless you're going out of your way to fuck with his ability to try to rehabilitate his image and control the narrative (which he's already basically failed). Even on the slim possibility that Nick is found innocent on criminal charges, this info drop seems like the leaker wants him to be destroyed in the court of public opinion even more severely than he already has.

In other words: "HE CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT"

I was planning on spreading misinfo like “it was released a month ago” and post a link to year ago in the thread.

We probably should have a bodycam thread ready to go when it drops so this one can be locked for a half hour (to give Rekieta false hope) and so the majority of posts with no discussion to go into.

They could make one now and then in the OP simply have in the largest text "THE BODYCAM FOOTAGE HAS NOT RELEASED." Then, once it drops, change it to "HERE'S THE BODYCAM FOOTAGE." If people want to know if it's released, go to the bodycam footage thread OP, and hit F5.

Somehow, people will still stupidly ask whether it's dropped yet.
