Technically, Ashley just stated that April told her that (some of the images were too light to read so maybe I missed a direct accusation or evidence). So, hearsay.

April also simulated masturbation at the thought of murdering Ashley, and flipped from sucking up the "you poor baby" emotion from Ashley to lashing out at her because Ashley (rightly) did not agree to giving April rights to directly override or object to decisions for the children. And fwiw, in the couple of little clips I've seen of April, she seems...on the dramatic side, even without the coke and ensuing catastrophe.

All that said, 1) I have no doubt Aaron and April had a bad relationship that very well could have been abusive in many ways and directions, and 2) the disagreements btw Aaron and Ashley about children/money sound very typical in an angry post-divorce situation with parents being petty and stubborn and lacking self-management.

The stuff Aaron said on his show about Ashley was horrific and the order was appropriate on that basis. Separately, he was being a dick about the medical stuff/money, and they should have left that discussion for mediated discussions.
