The "difference" is whether you added colors for the eyes or you just did a few circular strokes of a near black brush that you failed to completely fill in. Aesthetically, no practical differences because it's the same generic slop a hyper-focused trained AI model would output though at a much higher quality.

The cutesy look of the characters show in the way their eyes are specifically made to look, wide and adorable. hair is usually long, or spikey and the mouth can usually be seen as a triangle shape, to add to the cute.
where as on Belle, if you notice, Disney has a specific way of drawing the face shape, the nose, etc. My recent princess drawing on my DA is based on Tiana's style of art, not Belle, though the lips are based on this era.
if you can learn the differences between the two styles you can realize I AM NOT A THIEF, and have mastered switching styles for years.
