Lol I forgot Legal Dicksucker was initially balldoguarding and calling Barnes a genius lawyer without knowing any of the facts. He read the room and rectified his position just like that fat fuck Kurt.
At that point we had basically no information on Nick's charges or even the probably cause documentation, so I'd argue that anyone who was trying to make an argument in defense of him was fighting a losing battle, at least with the benefit of hindsight. I can't fault Mindset any more or less than I can fault anyone else who was in his position of commenting before we got more intel. I'm more inclined to believe Mindset is being honest versus someone like Nick because he's been critical of Nick for a while now, and I don't think he gives a shit about sparing Nick's feelings. What Kurt did was fucking stupid though.

Still would've been better optically to say something along the lines of, "I'd like to wait for more information before I offer more in-depth commentary", but that'd have been a smart idea, and not a stupid idea. I think Nate the Lawyer actually did something like that, and he's had the benefit of being literally a cop, a prosecutor, and defense attorney at different points in his career. His input on Nick's case was probably the most well-rounded and informed because of it...and guess what? Nate wanted to see the probable cause affidavit, because he knew that Barnes was talking out of his ass about Nick's possible defense(s) like dismissing the warrant until we got to see the fucking thing.

I think Barnes at one point said that Nick's arrest was violating his constitutional right to raise children in a house with cocaine, and I never wanted to punch an attorney in the mouth so fucking hard. If that's any part of your argument you deserve the guillotine.

Its a fine line.
Too little semite and theres no silver or gold in your safe.
Too much semite, and theres 10 thousand foreskins...
Truly, thus CIA NIGGERS are out to get Nick.

" So I told you, but you would not listen. You rebelled against the Balldo’s command and in your arrogance you marched up into the Kiwi farms. The Noseguards who lived in streamer sites came out against you; they chased you like a swarm of faggots and bitched you out from Locals all the way to Rumble. You came back and laughed before the Balldo, but he wished you a million dollars and turned a deaf ear to you. And so you stayed in hell many days—all the time you spent there." - Book of Degenteronomy
LMFAO

He goes on a quest to find a Balldo that's one thousand years old.

Finally finds it after beating the final boss, tries to put it on.

It crumbles away.
In time, you will know the tragic extent of my swingings...

Our family name, once so well regarded, is now mockingly whispered aloud by decent folk.

The degeneracy of the Balldo is nothing, I fear, when compared to the condition of swingers house.

I can still see their angry faces as they stormed the manor, but I was jailed before they found me, and the medallion was on its way.

Suffer not the lame horse... nor the broken balls.

All the decadent playtoys I have seen pale in comparison with that rubber, torsioned thing. I could not look, nor could I look away!

In those older years my home was a hive of unbridled hedonism, a roiling apiary where instinct and impulse were indulged with wild abandon. A bewitching addict slipped in amidst the swarm of tittering sycophants. Though outwardly urbane, I could sense in her a mocking thirst. Driven half-mad by cloying vulgarity I plotted to get myself this lurking prize in a grand display of swinger sport. But as the moment of monopolgy drew nigh, the gibbous moon revealed her coked out desires in all their stultifying hideousness…

I’m gonna push back.
We had both the arrest report and the leaked document with information about the pastor. We also had months of streams of evidence to show obvious drug use, the very same info that was later proven to be used in the warrant affidavit.
To claim we had “basically no information” is to pretend that the police don’t do any investigating, and the fact that they spent a week and moved almost immediately after his cope and speed stream would just be avoiding reality.
Mindset not only had more information than he was letting on, he was also co-signing arguments that both Nate and even Kurt told him were bad directly to his face on his own stream. So yes, you should fault him for everything.

He was far sleazier with how quickly he played turncoat when he realized it wasn’t gonna be as easy of a grift as his garbage VTuber coverage.
Coomer Mindset when you criticize his dear friend before the search warrant came out: "YOU BALLDO HATERS NEED TO MAKE LEGAL ARGUMENTS NOT MORAL ONES."
Coomer Mindset when you criticize his virtual body pillows (i.e. Kiki): "PEOPLE WHO CRITICIZE VTUBERS HAVE WEIRD FETISHES OR A CRIMINAL RECORD"
Crazy how his legal arguments standard only exists in one direction.

What did you expect with a guy on the run from debt collectors in Asia?
Sargon easily, Nick has had way too many ‘conciliatory’ moments.

The real question is who can snort the most coke between them.
That's a Warski question. But if it was who could fuck the most women definitely Nick. Sargon got slapped by a fish and had no discernible reaction.

You missed it. Kurt doubled back into being a balldowasher not long after he cried for pity points on stream. Camelot, when he was defending Nick, said Kurt was "on the same page" with him.

Kurt is still a fuckface weasel roach shitstain.

Shit, Camelot's clickbait stream had me thinking there was news, you all just rating lawtubers on a scale of 1 to 10 assmads.
Camelot is a clickbaiting grifting scumbag who I definitely don't wish was decapitated in a car accident.

Imagine how a small town jury would react to this slimy grifter making scumbag (and wrong) arguments like that. They'd bury Nick under the prison.

People keep shitting on mindset but he was neutral initially and at best said he hoped they weren't true but it looked bad and that he had already distanced himself from Nick because of his drinking etc. I don't know why everyone keeps claiming he was defending him initially. The only defense he offered was "the documents aren't out yet so we don't know". Barnes was the one going off the rails saying the cops violated like every constitutional right.
