Fox News has made strides to balance their Trump coverage a bit in the wake of billion dollar judgements against them for parroting his election lies. I think the people at the top now have a general disdain for Trump and his bullshit but also don't want to alienate their core audience.

Lost an election after fucking up the pandemic response, pardoning his business partners, and nonstop annoying spergouts? Deep state conspiracy by the woke left. Impeached for his role in the events of January 6th? Witch hunt.

Vivek was cooked up in Modi’s lab based entirely to target them. Knowing 4Chan, they will call this based and cheer while millions of streetshitters earn permanent visa if they applied for H-1B.

I doubt Vivek would issue visas. He's already a citizen so he doesn't care. He's not exactly unselfish
Trump went into the White House thinking it was like one of his companies where he can tell people to do whatever he wants and they do it no questions asked. He doesn't have the skills to negotiate effectively from a position without total control or worse a position of weakness, which is more likely given the intent of the Constitution to limit the powers of the President.
