I watched a bit of his stream where he was playing ER DLC for the first time. He doesn't even seem to try to enjoy himself I got the impression he went into this DLC already with the mindset that he wasn't going to like it, so the stream is all about him trying to find whatever he can, no matter how minuscule it might be, that he can use to shit on the DLC. 2 hours in and I have yet to hear him say anything positive lol.

The guy is using mimic tear, which is pretty much the same as switching the difficulty settings to easy mode, but still cries like a bitch over dying a few times. I mean that boss he's fighting, there's legitimate criticism that can be made against the boss, such as how shitty the camera is when you are fighting him, which again, is reoccurring problem with the Souls games that From doesn't get enough shit for.
But Synth is just bitching and whining here. I think even if the boss was better designed, he'd still be bitching about something because once again, he came into the DLC, already ready to not like it.

He's suffering on Divine Beast? He ain't making it through this DLC.

Gaming has been going on a decline. Hell now i just play older games through emulation since they are infinitely more fun and enjoyable than the current slop. Ive been started to learn Japanese just to play Super Robot Wars. The only game im actively looking forward to for me is Gundam breaker 4.

I mean, there were studies that showed many people were playing games that were a decade old so you're definitely not alone. I doubt developers are blind to that but the Eldritch Creatures that rule over Corporations either don't see it or don't care, 50/50 really. Also I hope GB4 is a proper Breakers game.

There are still more good games coming out than you have time to play.
Certain genres are suffering, like Action RPGs and Action Games, but with AI, I predict some good stuff coming from indie devs in the near future.
If you look at the percentage of shitty vs. decent games, it has never been worse.
But if you look at the number of decent games available to you, it's pretty good.
