I put a bit of honey in my ricotta-based white pizza, just a little really brings it together. Pesto seasoning, just enough olive oil to make the ricotta spread nicely, mozzarella, maybe chicken and pancetta. Diced or sundried tomatoes.

Somebody with some functioning taste buds around here! Yes!

That pizza sounds incredible. I would personally pick the pancetta over the chicken, because the honey tastes out of this world on a pizza with some red meat.

The Pancetta is the better pick, my local grocery store doesn't always have the good imported stuff, but I've always liked diced chicken and tomatoes on pizza. For the seasoning I cheat a bit and use Leslie Elizabeth Sundried Tomato seasoning and pesto and an olive oil with "Tuscan seasoning". Got to use a fair bit, have to overcome ricotta's aggressive mildness. Took a couple months of experimenting
