I heard a caller this morning suggest that Kamala gets replaced with Newsom and if Biden wins reelection, he steps down while Newsom becomes president.

Trump can do a ton of damage to the alphabet/regulatory agencies once he gets in since they're not shielded by Chevron anymore.

This is absolutely huge.

The practically limitless funding of a motivated AG could challenge almost every single ruling ever made by any agency now. That is how big this is. In a court system that lopsidedly is Trump appointees, with a conservative majority SCOTUS who, if Trump is in, suddenly have a lot of incentive to play ball.

I'm not seeing very much about the debate on my news feed, so i'm assuming Biden did terrible.

Van Jones was openly crying on CNN. Chunk Youghurt and John Stewart were both having screaming bitchfits. Morning Joe is openly saying Biden must step down or be replaced. MSNBC is blaming the DEI hiring that Joe's campaign did for his debate prep team.

Everyone expected Biden to do terrible. He did so terrible that even the normies noticed and it hit the left that even controlling 98% of the media in the West, they can't hide it.

There was a moment during last night's debate, less than a minute into Biden's very first lines, where Trump visibly, suddenly understood that he was in a debate with a very different person than the person Biden was four years ago. And he really did look sad. I've never seen him look at someone with genuine pity, but I think he did, last night.

The oral arguments did not seem to go well for the city.

Given the decision, I am convinced they played hardball in oral arguments just so they wouldn't experience a sudden, unexplained heartattack.
