It's honestly amazing to see the pivot. Either these people thought they could somehow rig the debate to go better and failed, or they honestly bought their own propaganda that Biden was sharp and well.

honestly both. criticism of Biden and the Democratic party was banned for several years now, leaving it impossible for anyone in the midst of the mire to see how bad things are. Literally a Chernobyl event.

Hopefully the DNC doubles down on Biden and it creates a big enough rift between them and the MSM that it ends their incestuous relationship.

Not sure how they were before 2020, but during 2020 - Leger was a new pollster when it came to polling the United States. They heavily overestimated chomo joe in October 2020, shortly before the election, and if you look at their polling before October 2020 they also had chomo joe ahead by a lot. The fact that they had chomo joe ahead by only 2 in the national popular vote just a week ago was terrible news for the Dems.
And the coup de grace...having chomo joe BEHIND by 8 points after the debate, which is a mirror reversal of their last 2020 poll where chomo joe was ahead by 8, is BLATANT DOOMSDAY scenario for the Dems.

Remember, polls trail a bit. We'll start seeing the actual major damage to his numbers in a week or so, barring a MASSIVE disinfo propaganda campaign by the left to get normies to ignore what they saw.
48 million viewers. Most watched show in CNN history. And that's just on CNN, not counting all the other networks, the official streams, and the fuck-you-we're-still-discussing it streams.
Monday, Immunity confirmed. Then Wednesday-Friday, we'll start seeing polling change based on this debate.
I genuinely do not think Biden makes it halfway through July.
As an aside, did any streamers who called CNN's bluff get hit? Any memers or clippers get hit? Or is CNN still in full on shock?

It's possible that if the people running CNN want Dems to win, they'll prefer all the YouTubers showing clips and live streams of the debate (Crowder streamed it and did various edits to buffer himself from copyright claims), to not be penalized because the more bad publicity chomo joe gets, the more likely he gets replaced.
It's also possible that if the people running CNN want chomo joe to be protected, they may figure that striking down YouTubers amidst such a disastrous performance would cause a Streisand Effect that would make even more people notice Biden's bad performance.

I think CNN hasn't gone nuclear on people posting clips and such because they didn't expect to have so much work. They thought they were gonna have a salvageable debate where they could cut Trump looking good and boost Biden but they got nothing to work with.
